Enjoy convenient one-level living at the comfortable semi-oceanfront property of Whale Inn! Three bedrooms and a washer and dryer can be found on the main living level. Comfortable furnishings and charming decor provide a relaxing atmosphere while the kitchen with breakfast bar will be a good gathering place to enjoy a snack or perhaps a meal in the separate dining area. After dinner, crank up some tunes on the stereo/CD player and relax out on the screened porch with a picnic table and additional deck furniture. You'll enjoy the fresh ocean air and be able to catch some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. With a beach boardwalk directly across the street, the ocean is never far away from Whale Inn. Also, enjoy the convenience of high-speed WiFi for your devices and a lighted fish-cleaning table for preparing your catch of the day to be grilled on the outdoor charcoal grill. A lockable storage room can store all of your extra beach equipment. Needs some TLC but functional for our purpose. The TV didn’t work while we were there (five nights). So we didn’t receive what was advertised.

Our stay at whale inn 208

Whale inn was small and cozy. Just right for a small group. Really enjoyed the small screened in porch with picnic table, was perfect for watching the sun rise above the dune while drinking my morning coffee. The shower was very nice and having washer and dryer upstairs was great

Ideal location, price was right

Great location! A short walk to a beautiful beach. Nicely located within walking or short driving distance to restaurants, shops, and food store.

Great location

It’s a great location with just steps to public beach access and it was a perfect size for one family to rent. It was overall pretty clean but definitely needs some updating but was a good house for the weekly rate.

It was nice to be so close to the beach. It is truly a wonderful beach. The house is very nice inside. It appears to have been recently renovated.

We loved the bedroom with mint green furniture . It was so cute with the beach theme. Plus we caught a 7 foot shark from the Avon Pier which is close-by. Good location too

Great house

Great house with great amenities, loved the outdoor spaces and the closeness of the beach. Very close to restaurants, bars, and duck’s donuts which is super convenient. I would definitely recommend.

Great price for the size of the home. Modest (outdated furnishings) but very tidy and just a walk over the dunes to the beach. Not bad for the price and beautiful beach.

Cute house just off the beach

Could have been cleaned better. This small house sits on a Cal de sac just a sand dune away from the beach. At night you can hear the ocean from the 2 porches. Centrally located to everything and neighborhood is VERY friendly. I would stay here again.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Easy access to the beach, right over the dunes. Lots of room on the beach and no one bothers you. The house was quaint and enough room for my boyfriend and I. The screened in porch is great to hang out or just to leave your sandy items from the beach. We have a very nice time

For the most part, a well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils, pots, pans, dishes and glassware, but no butter dish. House condition

Air conditioner was frozen. They brought two window units which did not cool the house. Never came back or called. Roaches in the master bedroom and the kitchen. Broken door shelf in refrigerator kept falling out. Would not stay in this house again.

Once the A/C unit had a chance to thaw, it worked without an issue and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Not fancy but worked out

This home needs some upkeep but it did work out for our week. We only had 4 people so it was perfect for us. It was just the right size. It could have used a few new things such as a microwave and TV. The one shower had trouble with water going down. The ivy was overgrown out back along the whole back of the house. It doesn't have enough parking for two cars because of its location. The upstairs deck and outside porch were nice but there are a lot of rusty nails so we had to be careful. I don't think we would stay there again.
