Property is great , great size plenty of room , has pretty much everything you need Great for a family or 3 couples. Was not a long drive from the airport , Coco beach is not all that big but had some very good restaurants. As others had mentioned you need a 4wd vehicle to get up the driveway but it's advisable to have a 4wd for your journeys around CR. The gated community the place was in was quiet. The view was great although not an ocean view. If we were to return to CR and decided to stay in Coco again we would rent this place again. This comment applies to all vacation rentals I really hope you lower prices as travel is declining due to the cost of everything, make it affordable and you will most likely see more renters . Volume of renters will make you more money ) I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a great place to stay in CR

We stayed Dec. 25-Dec 31stTHE GOOD: This place is nothing short of spectacular! The design of the villa, the views, the amenities, the cleanliness, and the space! Truly an entertainers paradise. We stayed here (5 of us,3 young kids). We enjoyed the space, the pool, the view, and the lizards! The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine, & drinks in the fridge, and felt like home immediately. The host (Steve) is top-notch! He's friendly, responds quickly, and eager to help in any way! 10 stars for the Host. THE BAD: While everything about the property is rainbows and butterflies -- PLEASE BE WARNED:YOU MUST HAVE A 4WD VEHICLE TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY!The listing indicated that there were some steep hills getting here, and we completely underestimated the meaning of steep. When they say STEEP, imagine your seating position in a rocket launching to space. We had a 2WD SUV, and unfortunately, it wouldn't make it to the top of the hill where the house was. The car gave out, and rolled back and hit the guard posts that saved our lives. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL HERE. Our car had to be recovered off the hill, and it soured our stay here. Coming and going was not pleasant and it made it impossible for us to relax here. For the remaining days, we ended up parking at the bottom of the hill and had to walk up each time we came home which was a challenging hike! For experienced hillside drivers, this place is 10/10!
