This 4-bedroom industrial modern home has floor-to-ceiling windows with VIEWS in every room.
Available for a minimum of 29 days or the entire ski season. Why rent for a week or two when you can have the entire month to stay or come and go as you please.
VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS - Stunning Peak 1 to Peak 10 views of Breckenridge Ski Resort, including Mount Quandry to Downtown. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the Great Room and in every bedroom. This is where ski maps are drawn.
From the entry, leave your skis in a spacious mudroom and come down a glassed staircase or take the elevator. The heart of the home is the living room with its large stone fireplace, and has an open design with the large catering kitchen, open butler's service area great for entertaining, and 8-person dining room, which flows out via nano-doors to the outdoor room warmed by heaters and a fireplace for all-season comfort.
The Kitchen features a Thermador dual oven, JennAir fridge, 2 Bosch dishwashers, with spacious bar seating for 5 Adjacent is an open butler service area to meet guests needs, including an ice maker and beverage fridge and all serving ware and serving space. The outdoor room opens with a nano-door or a service door to an outdoor grilling kitchen and fireplace to sit and enjoy the alpen glow of the mountains as the sun sets.

Four detailed bedrooms and a bunk room sleep 12 guests. A spacious primary suite is on the main level with a king bed, fireplace and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, and an en-suite kitchenette with dishwasher, mini fridge/freezer, and convection microwave oven. It even has it's own very private deck.
Three bedrooms and the bunk alcove are on the lower terrace level; (Accessible by Stairs or Elevator) One bedroom features a modern soaking tub and shower and a king sized bed next to a comfy reading sofa. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the Media room and has a queen sized bed and a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom features a wet room with a modern soaking tub and shower, modern canopy bed, large reading barrel chair, and a fireplace. The bunkroom has three tiered XL twin beds with an indoor camping tent and theme.
The downstairs Media room has a large TV, large sectional couch, beverage fridge, dishwasher, sink and microwave. This bar opens with a nano-window to a bar on the hot tub deck, which steps out onto a grassed terraced yard. There is also a temperature controlled glassed wine room and the stone work carries down from the living room fireplace.
For guests’ convenience, the home has three laundry areas, with 2 washers, 2 dryers and a large capacity washer/dryer combo.
Six parking spots are available on the driveway. The house does feature a car-lift garage that will be locked off for liability purposes. There is a large ski and equipment storage shed on the driveway, and a sizeable entry with cabinet lockers and a large bench.
Housekeeping is included every week and due $800 per month. We can arrange additional housekeeping by your purchase $250 per visit.
No smoking on property. Pets considered with pet fee and additional move-out deep clean. Rental price includes utilities (Electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, and hot tub maintenance); tenant responsible for final cleaning. Hot tub crew will need to access the home briefly once a week to maintain hot tub.

Summit County requires 29 day minimum on private homes that are not part of a tourist license, therefore VRBO accommodates private homes for availability, insurance, collecting payments and disbursing state and local lodging taxes. Inquire for long term lease arrangements!
**Monthly rent is heavily discounted to @$22,000 per month, which is essentially $750 per night for up to 12 guests. This is a steal where one hotel room averages $500-800 per night for one room! Share weeks with your friends and family and come enjoy Breckenridge like a local!
