The Home

Welcome to Seascape Cottage, a beautifully updated oceanfront getaway in St. Augustine, Florida. This split-level retreat features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a private dune walkover to the sand, and expansive decks perfect for outdoor lounging and dining.

Please note: the home’s two levels are not connected internally - each has a private entrance. This setup is perfect for two couples traveling together, or for families with older kids. It is not the ideal rental for families with small children.

Upstairs

Enter through the upstairs porch and second-floor door to find an open living area with soaring ceilings and a 65” smart TV. The chef’s kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar for four, and an island with additional seating. The east-facing windows reveal sweeping Atlantic Ocean views, while the adjacent deck offers cozy lounge seating and a covered dining table for six - ideal for evening cocktails or a seaside meal.

The upstairs bedroom includes a king-size memory foam bed, dresser, and closet, while the nearby bathroom is sleek and modern with everything you need for comfort.

Downstairs

The lower level feels like a private suite. You’ll enter through French doors into a bright living room with a queen sleeper sofa, two chairs, and a 55” TV. The kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher - perfect for light meals or snacks. The bedroom offers another king memory foam bed, TV, and dresser, along with access to a spacious laundry room.

Step outside to a covered patio where you can relax in the shade and take in ocean views just steps from the beach.

Outdoor Spaces

Enjoy the fenced front courtyard, complete with a sitting area, gas grill, and Traeger smoker. There’s also a storage shed with beach essentials and an outdoor shower with a foot rinse for convenience after a day in the sand.
