Ocean's Edge is a luxurious 1,700-square-foot, west-facing corner condo at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, featuring a wraparound corner balcony and spectacular sunset views over the Gulf. With panoramic water views from nearly every room, this spacious 3BR, 3BA retreat blends modern comfort with direct beach access and resort amenities including 11 pools, tennis courts, on-site dining, and a fitness center.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Ocean's Edge is a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom corner condo, offering spectacular Gulf views from floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the horizon. This spacious, well-furnished unit boasts an open concept living area with comfortable seating and direct access to a wraparound balcony, perfect for enjoying sunsets and the Gulf breeze.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, ideal for preparing meals or snacks while enjoying the view. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with 3 true full bathrooms offering plenty of space for all guests.
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and balcony access
Primary Guest Bedroom: Two queen beds, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combination
3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, access to a shared bathroom with shower/tub combination
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeper sofa in the living room
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
The unit includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. It is colorfully decorated with beach-inspired accents, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're relaxing on the wraparound balcony, taking a swim in one of the resort's pools, or enjoying the nearby Pier Park for shopping and dining, Ocean's Edge offers the perfect combination of relaxation and entertainment.
Parking:
A Guest Vehicle pass, valid for one vehicle and for one calendar month only, is included with your stay. If your booking lasts for more than 30 nights, you will be charged for additional parking fee determined by your length of stay.
You should find this parking pass in your unit upon arrival. If a guest arrives outside of the normal operating hours for LW Owners Services and there is no Guest Vehicle pass in the unit, then the main gate security guard will provide a red pass to the guest upon proof of their reservation. Contact the 30a Seascapes Team as soon as possible, as a Vehicle pass will need to be secured before 11am the following day. Guests without a Vehicle pass who cannot provide Owner Services/ Security with proof of their stay will be denied access to the Resort.
Alongside your parking pass, you will find your property ID wrist tags. Guests must wear these wrist tags at all times while onsite. Upon entering your vacation rental, put on your wristbands and immediately return to your car with the parking pass, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Assure the requisite information (vehicle type, departure date and unit number) is present on the vehicle pass before walking away from your car.
Renters may opt to purchase a 2nd parking pass for $25 (good for the duration of your stay). To do so, after passing through the front security gate, identify a building to your right, near the entrance gate. The HOA is located around the back. It is labeled Leeward-Winward. Guests may pay for and retrieve their 2nd parking pass here.
Keep in mind: only owners are permitted to use the gate right in front of the Leeward Building. The Main gate is manned by security personnel 24 hours per day.
Edgewater Resort permits parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes/RVs, buses, or other similarly oversized vehicles from September 16 through May 14 only. Such parking spaces require additional payment and are NOT guaranteed, as they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Edgewater Resort has 3 towers. Tower 1 is the Main tower, which overlooks the resort's large lagoon pool. Tower 1 has 2 large towers next to it (Towers 2 and 3).
This resort boasts an array of amenities designed to ensure an unforgettable vacation experience for you and your family. These amenities include an Executive Par-3 Golf Course, 10 Plexicushion Tennis Courts, 5 Pickleball Courts, 10 Shuffleboard Courts, 11 pools (10 of which are seasonally heated), 4 gulf-front hot tubs, onsite dining options, and more.
As a full-service beach resort, Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort offers an abundance of amenities to elevate your vacation. From gulf-front pools with waterfalls and hot tubs to a private beach access leading to half a mile of soft, white sand beach, there's something for everyone. Additionally, guests can enjoy the sprawling Par-3 golf course, fitness center, ball courts, and resort-wide tram service for easy access to all activities and attractions on the property.
Pool and Hot tub Rules: All pools and hot tubs are open from 7am to 11pm. No lifeguard on duty - use at your own risk. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult when in any pool or hot tub. Swim diapers are required for all toddlers and babies while in any pool or on the pool decks. Do not use any pool if ill with diarrhea. Glass containers are not allowed on pool decks or in pools or hot tubs. No food or drink is allowed within 4 ft. of pools or hot tubs. No diving from or climbing on rocks or waterfalls.
Other details to note:
For your safety and the security of the resort, Edgewater maintains external security cameras in common areas such as elevators, lobbies, and around the property.
To provide some clarity with the two codes given at this resort: The code preceded by the letter C is to be used for the beach access gates directly from both the Leeward and Windward towers (and the small pool between them). Whereas the code end in a # sign should be used from the big lagoon pool in front of Tower 1.
Edgewater Properties requires that guests ages 13+ wear a property ID wristbands anytime while onsite. Security is not allowed to accept keys, packages, wristbands, etc. These wristbands can be found in the kitchen area. Please leave them there prior to departure for our next guests. Replacement fee for missing wristbands it $10 per band.
Please bag all trash and place it in the trash chute located on your floor. Loose items, large boxes, and oversized debris should not be placed in the chute; these must be broken down or taken offsite for proper disposal.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
