4 Bed 3 bath new construction complete December 2025. Located directly on Mobile Bay, the home boasts a 150-foot private pier, includes deck lighting and fishing lights ,recently updated . Guests can enjoy fishing for blue crabs, speckled trout, and redfish, while often witnessing spectacular dolphin shows. The sunrises and sunsets from this serene and secluded location in Fort Morgan, Alabama are truly exceptional.

Fort Morgan is situated at the westernmost end of the peninsula, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Mobile Bay to the west, ending at Mobile Point. Although Fort Morgan has a Gulf Shores mailing address, it is actually an unincorporated part of Baldwin County. For years, Fort Morgan has fought to maintain its natural, pristine, and uncrowded character, distinct from the more developed Gulf Shores area.
Escape to a charming coastal town and experience the laid-back vibes of the beach. Unwind on the deck with stunning views of Mobile Bay, just a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the uncrowded, white sandy beaches. Spend the day collecting shells, spotting dolphins, and swimming in the clear blue waters of the Gulf.

Just a short drive away, you'll find several excellent golf courses, as well as shopping opportunities at the Gulf Shores and Foley (Tanger) outlet centers. Explore the historic Fort Morgan, one of the two forts that protected Mobile during the Battle of Mobile Bay, dating back to 1812. After your tour, enjoy strolling the white beaches, swimming, fishing, crabbing, shell hunting, and sunbathing. This spot is a favorite among birdwatchers, who have reported sightings of rare migratory birds.

Nearby, you'll find a marina, golf course, and additional lodging options. Please note that the minimum age to rent is 25, and a minimum number of days may be required.

The rental features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with 1 king bed master suite with ensuite bath, 1 king bed ,1 queen beds and full size bunk beds. Parking is available at our other homes on the beachside when available.

Enjoy your stay in our modern, fully-equipped home with high-speed wireless internet, smart TVs, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Great Family Vacation!

We had a great stay at Bay Dreamer! House was very nice inside and out. Kids loved the pool and night fishing from the dock. Owner was very friendly and responsive. We definitely plan on staying here again.

We had a great time at Bay Dreamer! Loved the property. A little too rough that week to put in the boat but still caught fish and crabs on the pier. The house was setup nicely for traveling with pets. It was a nice week.

Quiet and Comforting Place to Stay

The house was in a very quiet area. It was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. We caught the biggest crabs at the nearby public beach! My kids also enjoyed having the pool to play in while at home!

Great location for a week long getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Bay Dream! The house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with a coastal feel, and it was very well furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The girls especially loved spending time by the pool, while the guys enjoyed fishing right from the dock. The outdoor space was definitely one of our favorite parts of the property—we enjoyed it so much that we ended up cooking and eating outside most every night instead of going out! The location was perfect for us. It’s quiet and peaceful, making it a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing week on the bay side of Fort Morgan. We loved the beautiful surroundings, the comfortable home, and having plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Bay Dream truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were very helpful and even mailed back a cookbook we forgot. If you enjoy fishing this is the place for you!

Everything we needed was provided. We brought crap traps, cast nets, lights, several kitchen utensils, but they were available. Amazing place…highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean bay home!

This home is absolutely beautiful and so well stocked!! The sunset 🌞 view from the porch swing is as good as it gets. We caught a bunch of different kinds of fish and numerous crabs 🦀 off the private pier. (Thank you for the use of the crab boxes). Saw fish, crabs, shrimp, squid, dolphins, sting rays and even an alligator all while sitting on the pier. The pool was a great addition to the relaxing environment. All the extra touches were appreciated, like the fridge downstairs for bait and water, the bath downstairs and the lift for heavy luggage. A large suppy of beach towels, extra toiletries and a well stocked kitchen were appreciated. The dog kennel and supplies were also appreciated. Your home is absolutely beautiful and so perfect and you were very informative and helpful. Thank you for sharing with us!

Excellent place for a calm family vacation! Our 6 person family and large dog had plenty of room in this spacious home! The master suite bathroom was beautiful! TV's in every room, thoughtful amenities like, razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes, coffee ECT. Very modern appliances and very clean! The pool was amazing with amazing views. We really enjoyed the games and bag boards! Only about a 5 minute walk to the main beach as well! The owner was very proactive and friendly when a concern came about with the elevator! Highly recommend!

Great Place for Fishing, Boating & Relaxing

Great location for avoiding some of the summer time crowds and enjoy a beach vacation. Nice fishing dock, several boat ramps close by and public access to beach. Fantastic sunsets and plenty fish to catch right from the dock.

We LOVE this place so much! The view is amazing at all times! The fishing is great! The owner did a fantastic job with the lights for fishing! Close to the beach! I can't say enough good about our stay! We will be back!

Great views

We had a wonderful stay, luckily had mostly great weather too. We don't fish but the long dock would be perfect for someone that does. On calm days we could see dolphins swim by, lots of pelicans, herons etc.. The cottage had most things we needed to be comfortable and all in all it was great! Very peaceful place to be!

They thought of everything!

Loved it! This house is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The owners seemed to have thought of everything that is needed during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you might need…..plenty of cookware, utensils and dishes. Laundry baskets in the bedrooms so you can haul your laundry to the laundry room. The light switches are labeled! I’m sure this seems silly to some but after staying in places where we never figured out where to turn some lights on, this was super helpful. The beds are so comfortable! Usually by the end of our vacation, we are ready to get home to our own bed but before we left, my husband and I looked to see what brand the mattresses were in the event we need to replace ours. We loved having the porch on the back to sit and watch dolphins in the bay or enjoy the sunsets. The pier was nice to walk out on and fish from or just watch the fish swim around. The only thing I would change if I could and it’s certainly NOT a dealbreaker….I’d make the pool a little bigger. It was ideal for our group since there were only 4 of us but if we had all of our kids/grandkids it probably would have gotten a little crowded. We were still thrilled to have a private pool and we certainly wouldn’t let that deter us from staying here again!

Beautiful Home With a Outstanding View

We stayed in this lovely home, and since we started coming to this area, this has been the best home we've stayed in. Everything was neat and clean just as described, the views in the morning & evening were so beautiful. Even the fur kids loved it cause you could walk out on the peer, and they could look at the water. Very very nice place and would stay here again. Cheryle the owner reached out many times during our stay to make sure everything was going good and make sure nothing was needed.

Beautiful Getaway!

We had three adults staying for the week and two small dogs. The house was perfect. The bunk beds were very nice, but meant for children- no worries though, the couch slept very well. The fishing was great from the pier - we caught flounder, speckled trout and crab. The sunrise’s and sunsets were magnificent. Community was quiet. The kitchen was well - stocked with everything we needed. The host was amazing - accommodated us with an outdoor grill upon request and readily responded to questions. Thank you for a great week - we plan to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful bayfront property! Fishing right off the dock was so much fun, and catching blue crabs was an added bonus. Watching the dolphins play in the bay every day was truly unforgettable.The downstairs pool bathroom was incredibly convenient, especially with our large group. The extra refrigerator was a huge plus, giving us plenty of room for food and drinks. I love to cook, and the kitchen was one of the best-equipped vacation kitchens I’ve used—it had everything we needed to prepare meals with ease.We rented a golf cart, and it was just a short, enjoyable ride to the beach access. The property felt so private, peaceful, and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.The beach chairs and wagon that were provided made our beach trips effortless. We created so many wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway! Our dog Cooper also was welcome and he loved it!!

We have been coming to the Gulf Shores area for over three decades. Our family, which includes two boys and a granddaughter, all share a deep love for the beach and fishing. It has long been our dream to own a home in this beautiful coastal region. In 2009, we fulfilled that dream by purchasing our first vacation property. Since then, we've expanded our portfolio, now owning a total of six rental homes, with two (Maw-Maws and Out O' Town) located near our initial purchase and three ( Bay Dreamer, Mull-It Over and Serenity Now)situated directly on the bay. We also maintain a personal residence just a few miles from our beach houses. Given that our primary home is only about a 4-hour drive away, we're able to visit the area frequently and look forward to sharing this cherished coastal haven with others.

Over two decades ago, we had the pleasure of visiting this property when a dear friend was staying at the original home. As longtime admirers of waterfront properties, we were thrilled when this stunning bay-front home became available through a close friend.The original cabin, built in 1956, was one of the older homes in the area. In 2020, Hurricane Sally caused substantial damage, we repaired the home while maintaining some of its old charm. Unfortunately time and nature finally took its toll and we had to demolish the original cabin and replace with this newer home.The breathtaking sunsets and sunrises are simply unbelievable. The area is serene and peaceful, providing an idyllic setting. The fishing and crabbing opportunities are truly outstanding.
