Gulf Access Dream Home Western Exposure with Pool and Jacuzzi

This vacation home built by BMI with a west facing Pooldeck, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was completed in March 2020. It is located on a canal and impresses with its modern furnishings with clear colors. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a king-size bed and its own bathroom.
Enjoy a delicious barbecue, prepared in the outdoor kitchen, accompanied by the wonderful Florida sunsets.
The modern open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and leaves nothing to be desired.
For visiting the beach on site or on the offshore islands, you will find towels, cool boxes, foldable chairs and a parasol in the house.
3 flat screens, a stereo sound system and DVD player complete the comprehensive equipment.
Welcome to Villa Lovers Key
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.

Amazing Property

Picture Perfect

Great family vacation!!! The house and pool are exactly as pictured. Close to beaches. We went to Sanibel, Captiva, Bonita Springs and Ft Meyers then came back to our luxury house and pool after and wnjoyed more family time. Our kids absolutely LOVED the pool area( ages 11-17). Would definitely stay here again!!!

Relaxation on the Lanai

The house is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. It is modern, clean, comfortable, and provides the perfect place for relaxation. We loved the lanai and spent most of our time in that space. The outdoor grill, large table, pool, and hot tub were perfect for our family.

We had an amazing time and we loved the modern spacious beautiful clean home if you think you love the pictures wait till you see it in person, the pool and hot tub were the perfect thing for a great South West Florida day , Iris was great with everything the only bad part was leaving already vacation home sick....

A Perfect Getaway

Everything was perfect. The house is top notch. No corners were cut when outfitting this property. BMI was absolutely the easiest to work with. We will be returning again soon.

Loved this home!

Wonderful house! The home was equipped with everything we needed, very well stocked in the kitchen, soft and luxurious towels, soft sheets, and plenty of beach chairs, a cooler and everything you could need for a wonderful stay in Florida.The back of the home faced, a gorgeous body of water and the pool and hot tub were wonderful.We cooked on the grill outside, we cooked in the well appointed kitchen inside, had many meals in and also ate out at plenty of wonderful restaurants close by!We spent two days at the beach at Fort Myers and a day at Sanibel Island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!Loved this home and would highly recommend!

Long time BFF’s vacation

Our group of 5 seniors stayed in this Incredible Home. This house had everything! Beautiful furnishings, great appliances and an unbelievable lanai and pool! Never felt crowded. Working with Cassandra was helpful and easy. We will definitely be back!

Very nice break!

This home was perfect! It had everything you needed to be comfortable. Especially on the days when we had rain. The pool, spa and covered lanai is beautiful. Grocery shops are a 10 minute drive so it was very convenient. Angie and Janna with BMI were extremely nice and very professional. Thank you for giving us a great experience and we look forward to a future stay.

Beautiful rental home on canal

Wow! We walked in the door and could not believe how beautiful this home is! Very bright, open, and very clean. Each bedroom was large and had a comfortable king size bed. We enjoyed the pool and spa, built in grill with large patio table, and palm trees surrounding the pool area. Cape Coral has any kind of restaurant you can think for and the area around the house was quiet and safe. The personal check in and check out was a nice touch.

Beautiful Home

We truly loved our stay at this home. The house and pool area are absolutely beautiful. There was everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our visit. Angelika was wonderful and took care of any questions we had. Location was close to Sanibel and Captiva. It was great to be on one of the canals and we were treated to a group of manatees on our last day. The neighborhood is safe and there were some empty lots that had nesting burrowing owls...another wonderful and unexpected treat to see! We were sad to leave this slice of paradise.

Florida Paradise

The pictures do not do this property justice. The house is simply amazing! We picked it off the website, because it is so beautiful, but it’s even more so in person. The house is clean and has everything you could possibly need! Lots of towels and wash clothes, even beach towels. We didn’t use them, but it even has beach necessities. The pool and hot tub are fantastic! And the sunsets at night....wow!

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful and clean. Difficulty getting a prompt response to my emails and texts about the jacuzzi issue. Finally was resolved. Minor glitch with living room t.v., volume did not work. Overall it was pretty great though.

Dear Laura, We are glad that you liked the house and found it in a clean and beautiful condition. As you may have noticed, the bookings are made from the German office, the local team takes care of the houses and the guests. In our welcome letter, we point out that there is a 24-hour telephone number for problems on site and that there may be delays in e-mails due to the time difference to Germany. When you sent the request , a team member came immediately, also the manager, and we immediately ordered the pool service to help you with the Jacuzzi. Book It!

My husband and our two sons (13 and 16) stayed a week at this property. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The check in was in person with Angelika and she was great to communicate with during the week. The house was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great time relaxing in the pool, cooking on the outdoor grill and just being together in a nice comfortable house. The house had a fully stocked kitchen which was wonderful for meal planning an prepping. There were plenty of pool floats and supplies in the garage to enjoy the outdoor fun. My boys fished nearly everyday and pulled several fish from the water ranging from bass to cichilds.....and a few other species in between. There were a family of turtles who hung out by the dock daily (we named them Terri, Tina and Tiny T) and we saw lots of colorful lizards and birds. The sunsets were amazing by the water. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything. We visited all three near by beaches but were very impressed with the fourth hidden treasure - Pine Island. We fished at Bookeelia Pier and loved meeting the locals there. Overall, this was a 10/10 for our family vacation. I would recommend this house to the next set of vacationers :)

Our stay in Cape Coral At Villa Lovers Key was wonderful!!
