Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property.



Smart TVs: Seven Smart TVs are available throughout the home. Guests should use their own streaming accounts.



Air Conditioning: The thermostat is set to operate between 73°F and 78°F.



Pet Friendly: Up to 3 dogs are welcome.



Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the circular driveway for up to 3 vehicles.



Pool & Spa Heating

Optional pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional $28 per day, plus tax.



Winter Season | October 1–May 1

The heating fee covers both the swimming pool and attached spa. The pool is set to approximately 85°F. Depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions, the pool may require up to 72 hours to reach the desired temperature.



Summer Season | May 2–September 30

The $28 daily heating fee covers the attached spa only. The main swimming pool is not heated during the summer season.
