Awesome hot tub

Very clean and comfortable property. The upstairs hot tub right off the master bedroom is very nice and private. The house has everything you need. The hosts are super friendly and responsive. Will be booking again in the future.

Great family home. Very clean, especially for being in a wooded area and high ceilings no cobwebs or bugs hanging around. Beds were comfortable. Cozy sofa, and plenty of deck space to lounge.

Perfect house for a party of 4

Communication with Mark was great! We love the location of this house as it has easy access to head to Bend, Mt Bachelor, etc, without having to go through the congested parts of Sunriver. Perfect for a group of four adults. Plenty of space for everyone. Thanks Mark! We will be back!

Great family getaway

My family with three young kids along with my parents stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was the perfect size for our group and the neighborhood amenities (pool, sledding hills) were enjoyed by all. The owner was friendly and quick to respond when we had a question during our stay. Great trip overall!

We realized when we got to the house that we had stayed there several years ago, surprise, bought back good memories.We like that the split level allows for separate family sleeping areas with kids.

The house was perfect for our family of 6. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the location is ideal for a stroll to the village or swimming. Mark is a great communicator and answered any questions we had within just a few minutes.

Well stocked house!

This is a great house! It is super well stocked with everything you could need, including kitchen essentials, bathroom, essentials, towels, bedding, lightbulbs, bikes, etc.! communication with the host is amazing, quick and super nice. The kitchen is a little tight and the location is a bit far north for us, we usually like to be a bit closer to the sharc and village. But it's really close to the North grocery store, which was really nice. Overall, super comfortable house!

Wonderful stay in Sunriver

My family of two girls under 10, plus my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. Mark was excellent at communicating, sending us notices about things ahead of the trip that could possibly affect our stay (they didn’t, but it was nice to be informed), plus checking in on us during the heat wave to make sure the air conditioning worked okay (it did, there is a portable AC and a window AC in the master, and those combined with fans made it cool enough in the 100+ degree heat). The house is cozy and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub, deck, and the bicycles in the cooler mornings and evenings. We had a lot of fun exploring Sunriver and the surrounding areas and the home made a great little base camp for us. We would stay again! Thank you!

Fun get away in Sunriver

This was a comfortable and clean home for our family. Mark was a good and rapid communicator. We appreciated him facilitating an early entry on our first day. Thank you Mark! There is reliable and fast WIFI. AC great for hot days. The Master bedroom mattress is comfortable. The street has a quiet cul de sac, safe for kids to circle on their bikes. Close to bike trails, Fort Rock Park and the Sharc. We loved using the Sharc Passes. The hot tub was fun for adults and kids. Only suggestion is to secure the hot tub cover when upright, even to tilt it backwards a few mm. One day it fell forward hitting a person. Overall, we had a fun time.

Exceptional place

Mark and Louise were truly wonderful hosts. They accommodated an early check-in when we had a toddler who really needed a nap and responded immediately and thoroughly to any questions we had. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location and is well-stocked with everything a traveler might need, including lots of towels, blankets, pots and pans, and trash bags. There were even pantry staples, foil and ziploc bags readily available. Thank you Mark and Louise! We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful Get Away in Sunriver

This property was perfect for our needs this trip. The weather was hot so the AC was greatly appreciated and the included SHARC passes were a hit with the kids. I highly recommend this host and their property.

Annual Girls trip 2022!

Over 30 years of friendship and yearly vacations, this year we choose Sunriver for our annual girls trip. We had a wonderful time and our trip was a huge success! Your Sun River house was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. The weather was perfect too! We floated on tubes down the river, rode bikes and enjoyed an outdoor show at the Bend amphitheater. We had so much fun, my friends want to plan a trip back to Sunriver again. Thank you for letting us stay in your comfy and relaxing Sunriver house. I wish our trip could have been longer! It was really hard going back to work after staying in your relaxing vacation house in Sunriver. The trip was therapy for our soul! Thank you!

Comfortable, quiet home in a nice location

We had a lovely time reading on the deck, relaxing in the hot tub, riding bikes on the nearby path, playing at SHARC pool and kayaking in the Deschutes River. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We recommend this home!

Nice owner who went out of his way to send us info regarding our stay and the area. And he was very helpful when the electricity and internet went out. House is very lived in so if clutter bothers you, this isn’t the place for you. Hot tub was right outside master and noisy during the night. We loved having bikes to use.

We were instantly hooked the moment we breathed in that fresh mountain air back in 1999. As passionate outdoor enthusiasts, we love to bike, hike, ski, swim, float, and play in the great outdoors. Owning a place in Sunriver gives us a profound sense of peace, knowing there's a special spot where life's worries drift away with the gentle whisper of the pine trees.

The Charm of Deer Park

Our guests consistently appreciate the peaceful, serene setting of Deer Park. True to its name, you’ll often spot deer meandering through the neighborhood during the summer months, sometimes pausing to rest in the shade beneath the trees or even in our backyard. Morning walks along the nearby bike paths sometimes end with a delightful encounter with these gentle creatures.

Though tucked away from the main roads, we’re perfectly connected to the famous
bike paths. Getting to your Sunriver home-away-from-home is easy access via the Sunriver North Entrance. The home’s unique reverse living design (with two bedrooms downstairs and living area - and master bedroom - upstairs) gives you the cozy feeling of staying in a treehouse retreat, if only for a few days.

Another bonus? Our close proximity to Bend and the Cascade Lakes and Mt. Bachelor, making day trips and local adventures a breeze. There's so much to love about "Pine Cone Land", and we can’t wait for you to experience it all!
