Walk through the front door and you're immediately greeted by the Atlantic. The open main living area flows directly to the mid-level oceanfront deck, where the home's private beach access begins. No crossing the main road or trekking to a public beach access—just grab your beach gear and head toward the sand.

🌊 OCEANFRONT DECKS & PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS
The mid-level oceanfront deck is made for lingering outside. You'll find sun loungers, a large wooden outdoor dining table, and two rocking chairs with side tables—all overlooking the ocean.
From this deck, the home's private beach access leads directly toward the sand, while another set of stairs connects to the private pool area below.
The top-level oceanfront deck offers additional seating and an elevated view of the Atlantic. Both decks are wonderful places to enjoy the changing light along the coast, while uncovered sun loungers along the private beach access offer another front-row spot overlooking the ocean.
🏊 PRIVATE POOL & PUTTING GREEN
The fenced pool area receives plenty of sunshine throughout the day while also offering some shaded areas. Sun loungers and side tables surround the pool, making it easy to settle in for an afternoon outside.
The private putting green is located inside the fenced pool area near the stairs and enclosed outdoor shower. A gas grill is also located within the fenced area, keeping the group's favorite outdoor amenities together.
For a little more friendly competition, head to the ground-floor storage area for a game of ping pong.
🛋️ ROOM TO GATHER
The mid-level main living area brings the living room, dining area, and kitchen together in one spacious, comfortable setting—and the ocean view greets you as soon as you enter the home.
The living room features two couches, two chairs, a coffee table, and Smart TV with direct access to the oceanfront deck.
A separate den gives the group another place to unwind with a large sectional, Smart TV, Nintendo Switch, and board games. Whether the kids take over the den or the adults claim it for movie night, having two living spaces makes traveling with a larger group that much easier.

The fully stocked kitchen features a large island, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and Keurig, all open to the main living and dining spaces.
Gather around the expansive indoor dining table or take meals outside to the large wooden dining table on the oceanfront deck.

🐾 PETS
N to the C welcomes up to 2 approved pets. Advance notification and approval are required. Guests planning to bring a pet should contact the property manager prior to booking for additional information and requirements.
Pets are not permitted on beds or in the pool. Pets left unattended must be crated and may not be left outside unattended. Guests are responsible for following applicable Holden Beach pet and leash regulations.
🏊 POOL HEATING
Optional pool heating is available for a minimum of 3 nights and is offered by request outside the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.
Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and is affected by weather and environmental conditions. Please contact the property manager prior to booking for additional information.
🔥 GAS GRILL
A gas grill is provided. Propane is not supplied. Guests may bring their own propane tank or arrange propane delivery after booking through available guest services.

• Maximum occupancy: 16 guests
• Maximum parking: 7 vehicles
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old unless prior approval is received
• Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are not permitted
• Fire pits, fireworks, and deep fryers are prohibited
• Starter household and toiletry supplies are provided but are not intended to last for the entire stay
• Fresh linens and bath towels are provided, and beds are made prior to arrival
• This property does not have an elevator
