Now is the time to go have fun and make everlasting memories with your family and friends! Same day booking is available. There is a minimum of 30 nights stay at our property.


The home is near beaches, Casinos, Ski Resorts, and Outdoor activities. Most places of interest is 10 mins or less. Emerald Bay is 20 mins.

Professionally managed vacation property. We provide clean linens, towels, soap, shampoo, enough for 10 guests.

3 Bedroom, 2 full Baths, currently sleeps 10. Bedroom 1 is a King, Bedroom 2 has a full twin bunk and a single twin, bedroom 3 has a queen and twin bunk beds. Washer and dryer.

Enclosed back yard for kids and pets to play.

Living room has a gas fireplace, TV, board games.

Family room is large with a 55" smart TV and Pool Table.

Free WiFi.

The property is in the Tahoe Keys area. Places to see a while you are in town are Emerald Bay, Inspiration Point, VikingHolm, and Sierra at Tahoe. 10 mins or less away from the Casinos, Heavenly Resort, hiking, and lake side scenic areas.

No parking on the street when snow is present to allow city snow plowers to operate. Fines could be incurred regulated by the city.

Fantastic stay!!

We had such a great experience at this rental! I would highly recommend it. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and was more than helpful anytime we needed it. The stateline was about a 15 minute cab ride. We loved our stay here!

Travel with family

Everything looks just like the pictures, beautiful. Homey, comfortable, clean, and inviting is what I thought as we went inside. The younger generation were in the family room/game room most of the time. The equipment was in great condition. We had a small issue in the bath so we contacted the owners who were very helpful and nice. In less than 30 minutes someone came out and fixed it...on a Friday evening! Every item we needed (extra pillows etc.) Were readily available and easy to find. Everyone agreed we would gladly return for another vacation.

New Years with family and dogs

We stayed over New Years week. The house was very comfortable, especially for my dogs..they loved it. If they loved it, the. I have to as well. Its hard to find decent rentals that are dog friendly, so this house was perfect. Corey, the owner, was very responsive and very nice to work with. We had an issue with the keycoded door lock running low on batteries, Corey had it taken care of within an hour...no vacation time lost. The welcome basket was a surprise and appreciated. My family and I will rent again for sure.

Perfection !

Not only is this vacation house impeccably clean . The location is perfect . Your close to markets , Casinos , ski resorts . It's super kid friendly because of the fenced in yard . My son and his cousin played for hours in the snow . We we able to watch them from inside the house with out feeling uneasy about them getting hurt and physically being out there with them . The owner Corey . Is very responsive and extremely professional . He even was so kind to extend our stay one day longer because we got snowed in . I will be visiting every season and I am making this vacation home our perm home away from home ! Thank you Corey The Vu Family

Excellent, clean rental

I arrived early before the group and the owner gracioiusly allowed for early check-in. Very clean, bright and well-equipped rental with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full laundry, separate dining area from the play room area. Near the Tahoe Keys. Fully equipped kitchen (even a rice cooker) and newer outside gas grill. Basic starter suppliers (TP, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, soap, shampoo, etc.) was a excellent plus. For entertainment, there's wifi, satellite TV, PS3, Wii, pool table, air hockey. One car garage to store your ancillary equipment (in our case, our bikes for a bike ride around Tahoe). Pet friendly. Electronic keypad access so no keys needed, which made things very simple for our group to enter/leave. Our group of 6 was comfortable there. Everything works like they should and the place was very clean and we will be back. Owner is easy to access and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Fall Get Away

The home is a good home if you are taking your dogs with you, as there is a gated front & backyard, the dogs really enjoyed playing in the snow. The home itself, could use a really good cleaning or a new cleaning service altogether, especially the area rugs in the home, they are extremely filthy. We actually put towels down over the area rugs because they are that bad! The home did smell clean upon entering, but that was about it. There are cob webs on the lighting and the walls have a lot of dirt/markings on then, the doors and door handles need to cleaned better. We tried to use the fireplace, but it would not light up, so my husband took a look to see if the pilot was on, and holy smoke, there were piles of dust in the bottom, you couldn't even see where the pilot was. We cleaned it out and decided not to take a chance on lighting it up because there was too much dust inside and we didn't want to take a chance on making things worse. When looking at the property listing, it looks to be a clean, well kept home, it is definitely lacking. Overall an okay property, we definitely wouldn't rent this home again.

Great stay

Corey is very responsive and the place is a good size. Liked the front and backyard with our 2 dogs. AC worked great. Only note for future renters is you need to get/bring your own cooking ingredients and supplies such as foil paper, salt and pepper. Thanks Corey!

Winter getaway

The house is conveniently located not too far from snow adventure sites & is also near commercial establishments yet does not compromise on the quietness of the neighborhood. The house itself is clean and complete with most of the stuff you’ll need for a hassle-free vacation . It also helps that Cory, the property manager , is accommodating & replies right away when have questions.

A much needed retreat

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this rental. I think a big focal point for our family was the pool table. I feel if we stayed anywhere else without this feature, we could’ve been left twiddling our thumbs quite a bit, especially in the later evening. During this pandemic We wanted to keep our contact with the public to a minimum so going out all day long was not really an option. Both my two boys under the age of 18 ended up sleeping in their own rooms and had their own personal space. The master bedroom bed I must say it was quite comfortable, and everything was very clean and tidy (as were all rooms). We definitely feel blessed waking up two mornings in a row to the cutest little rabbit, and even a run-in with a bear in the later evening (a real Tahoe experience!) Thank you Corey for making our stay outstanding!

easy and roomy

I love the set up of the house, you can have someone in one room watching tv and you can still be4 in the other room playing pool or watching tv and not be bothering the other person. The check in is super simple and so is the check out. The beds are comfy. There are also two fenced yards, one has a low fence but the other has a tall fence. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, I was here in late July but I was thinking this would be great when there is snow because the yards are flat and kids could easily play in the snow. Just a note, the showerheads are not handheld and the washer controls for "on" are the same as the dryer above.

Family Vacation!

Our Family had a great time in Tahoe. The house was a perfect size for us - we had 9 people. We enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen had the things we needed. The only suggestion I had was the floors looked clean but when we walked on them with our socks they were dirty - so maybe a better cleaning person to mop the floors. Otherwise this was the perfect place to stay. My whole family agrees! The location was perfect as well.

Nice house with lots to do

Corey was very kind and responsive to my questions. A nice home clean with lots to do for kids. I took my 3 nieces 10, 13 and 14 and we all had a great time. They loved the games and especially the pool table

Clean and Well Maintained

My family and I had an amazing time at this cabin. The kids loved the pool table and all the other games available at the house. The house is walking distance to the lake and water rental activities. Lastly, the property was clean and well maintained and the owner was great at emailing detailed information regarding the rental.

We choose this property because we like to have our kids enjoy the summer outdoors and snow in the winter. We are excited to have others enjoy and share the same passion we have for the Lake Tahoe Area.

We like the centralized location of the property and what South Lake Tahoe has to offer. We like the hardwood floors and recess lights throughout the house. The fireplace was warm and inviting. It is nice have the convenience of being close by to the Tahoe Keys area and grocery stores.
