Getting to know the space:
This home is an easy access, 3 level home with over 4,000 square feet. It has 8 private king beds and a fun bunk room

—OUTSIDE FUN—

★Dock:
Such a fun dock! There are 2 open slips making it perfect to store your boats and 2 wave runner lifts for overnight parking. There are plenty of water toys that are all included in your stay, making this the ideal vacation home! Toys: 1 kayak, 1 paddle board, Slide, Lily Pad, Fishing Poles, Rope Swing, Dive Platform Life Jackets (multiple sizes) and more! There is also a nice set of chairs and an outdoor dining area on the deck to relax on while the kids swim in the water. Located on Mile Marker 23

★Decks:
There are 3 decks! Top Deck: As the fire table and beautiful seating around it. Note: To get up and down to this deck you need to access it using a "ladder-like stair case" Not for older guests, it's recommended for those who can go up and down a ladder safely. (pics of this to come) Middle Deck: Screened in porch with a wrap around sectional easily located on the main level. Bottom Deck: Another screened in porch with a wrap around sectional perfectly located on the same level as where the lake is. Such a cool spot!

★Yard:
This home has grass! If you know, you know. Grass is hard to come by at the lake making it a joy for your kiddos to run around on. There is also a giant fire pit to roast marshmallows on. There are handy stairs to access the lake water instead of always having to use the dock (slippery when wet fyi) Note: The grass is mowed once a week, on Wednesdays, during the Spring-Fall time frame.

—INSIDE FUN—

Grab your friends and family to play a round of pool while the kids play on the Arcade game, Connect Four, card games or corn hole

—THE HOME—

★Level 2 (Main Floor):
Enter into the expansive area, encompassing the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, 2 king bedrooms and the bunkroom for the kiddos. You can also access the main level screened in porch from here - and the top porch from this level

★ Level 1 (Top Floor):
This level has 2 more king beds and the large comfy couch. This level overlooks the Main level

★ Level 3 (Bottom Floor):
Please NOTE: This home has a completely different entrance than the top two levels completely separating the two homes making it ideal for multiple families who want to spend quality time together yet have their own space when needed. This level has 3 king bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the game area with pool table and Arcade game. It has it's own screened in porch to enjoy the lake views.

★There are 4 bathrooms. No more waiting in line to shower, this home has you covered with 4 showers and 2 water heaters ensuring everyone can have a warm shower! There are hair dryers, toiletries, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash all provided during your stay.

Each kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies to enjoy your vacation. From pots, pans, waffle maker, breakfast skillet to a season rack, cooking spray and all the little things - this home has you covered!

★Garage and Parking:
Enough room for 7 cars. This is a rare find at the lake, an easy driveway with no crazy hills making it easy to navigate in and out. It also has garage parking that can fit 2 cars or trucks. The driveway can fit 4 cars (depending on the sizing) and there is 1 gravel spot by the road (good for a car or truck)

★Kids:
Traveling with little ones? We got you covered! There are 2 sets of pack-n-plays, baby monitors, high chairs and children books always at the home. There are kid card games, Jenga, cornhole, Arcade game for kids of all ages to play after a long day at the lake. A special hideaway awaits the kiddos, giving them their own magical escape within the home.

❖There are 2 security cameras for property security. 1 doorbell camera by the front door, 1 camera by the garage door, 1 camera on the dock and 1 camera at the basement side door, All other cameras are non functional. All outside of the home. All for property security.
