We're thrilled you loved the spacious layout and the fantastic views from the decks, plus the excellent pools and beach access the community offers. We apologize for the issues with the trash bags — we stock the essential supplies for a night or two. Regarding the spiders and bugs on the decks, that's unfortunately common around the lake this time of year. Our team does regular treatments and cleanings, but we'll increase the frequency and add extra sweeping/wiping of the decks to help keep them more guest-ready. Sorry your husband got bitten — we hate that that impacted your enjoyment of the outdoor space. Your comments are very helpful and we'll act on them right away to improve the experience for future guests.
