This floor features a beachfront king bedroom with a private bathroom and direct deck access, a king bedroom connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub and an additional king bedroom providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. A dedicated laundry area adds everyday ease to longer stays.

The third floor is a private family retreat designed for both connection and privacy.
