The Space:

This beautiful and bright Sunriver home is a delightful retreat that the whole family will enjoy. With a private hot tub overlooking the woods, plenty of space both inside and out, and access to family-friendly resort amenities, this home is a gem of Central Oregon.



The interior was thoroughly renovated in 2021, with new flooring and carpeting throughout the house, an new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, a new bathroom - with heated floors - in the primary bedroom suite upstairs, and a new, spacious upper deck with double doors that connect to the upstairs living area.



Begin your stay in the living room, complete with vaulted ceilings, large windows that frame the pines, and lots of seating space to help you enjoy the flatscreen cable TV. The sparkling kitchen is open to this room, offering plentiful counter space, artful backsplash, and even a dishwasher to handle the nightly clean-up. Set out appetizers on the peninsula bar and sit down to eat at the dining table for eight.



The four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms include two primary suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs suite has a king bed, lots of natural light, a flatscreen TV, and a sparkling new bathroom. The downstairs suite includes a king bed as well, a cable TV, a window with views of the outdoors, and a spacious private bathroom. Also downstairs are a bedroom that's perfect for kids, offering two sets of bunk beds and a TV, and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a daybed with a trundle. Additional amenities include one more full bathroom downstairs, a half-bath upstairs, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer.



Here in Sunriver, you'll have access to 40 miles of pathways for runners and bicyclists, tennis courts, stables, and so much more. The home comes with eight passes to SHARC, a 22-acre facility with indoor and outdoor pools, water slides, a winter tubing hill, a hot tub, and a lazy river. The resort is great for all types of activities, including skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, fishing, rock climbing, pickleball and tennis . Walk to Fort Rock Park, where you can play basketball, horseshoes, tetherball, or volleyball, or head to the Village at Sunriver and check out the rental outfitters and guide outposts.

Beautiful Home

We had a great three day weekend. Wonderful house. Plenty of room for everyone. It could use a new king size mattress in the downstairs bedroom: upstairs master bed was very comfortable.

Great home for a group or family

This is our second stay in this home. It was very clean, the deck is awesome with plenty of seating in either sun or shade. Love the surrounding trees. It is peaceful. The kitchen has plenty of appliances and dishware. Our multigenerational family of six adults and three children had ample room to spread out. Love this house and will return.

Everything we needed…and more

Arrived to a very clean lovely spacious home. There was more than enough of everything…dishes, cutlery, all equipment needed for cooking at home. Ample bedding and towels. This is a beautiful setting! I recommend this home to families needing space!

Memorial Day weekend in Sunriver

Overall the house was very nice. It was clean and well appointed with the little things that make the stay easier. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for the family. The exterior could use some touching up with paint and broken boards on the front steps. Also the house could use a new grill although it worked well enough. It’s a little rusty. Overall a good house that we enjoyed.

Sunriver experience

Over all it was great, but checking in, the house was not cleaned, and it was late with two tired children and no communication with manager. we had to stay the first night in a hotel!! The actual house was beautiful. But dealing with Vacase was a nightmare. Sunriver was a great place for the kids. Bend was about 30 minute drive but lots to do with the family. Golf was terrific. The Lava caves great, but freezing cold and lots of walking up and down. The children's museum was great, inside and out. Lots of walking too. It was a great trip.

Nicely stocked kitchen but, we had food for eight for six days and found the fridge a bit tight! Would recommend a back-up fridge in the garage seeing as they're catering for up to ten peeps. That's my only "nit pick."

Upon entering property the refrigerator was leaking and contacted mngmt and they cleaned water The wall next to fridge was water logged thus not the first time it has leaked i have pictures Grandson arrived and we went downstairs and on landing he turned to go down second set of stairs and rug fell out from under him it needs to be secured There were ants the whole weekend inside house Big carpenter ants that we had to dispose of I should not have a pest problem on my vacation The couch was inspected by son in law and he said it was disgustingly dirty Im embarrassed that i rented this and its disgusting The table needs a tablecloth or refinished I washed it to try and clean it but nothing helped I wished there was a disinfectant to clean what needed disinfected Why do i clean on my vacation🤔 Tablecloth would have felt a bit cleaner The garage and outside deck need cleaned of debris Just suggestions to make stay better Ive sent these previously to no avail Hope this gets niticed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this property during the week after Christmas. The layout of the house lends itself well to parents with teens and friends. The kitchen is well equipped and the huge table allows everyone to sit together. Two concerns: One, the hot tub jets are virtually nonworking. We called the hot tub maintenance company and they said that this hot tub was one of the older models in Sunriver and there was really nothing they could do to coax them to work any better. They were very good about returning my call and were very courteous. This hot tub is more like a Japanese soaking tub...not bad, just not really a working jetted tub. Secondly, the heat in this house is difficult to regulate. Being warm and cozy on the second floor means the occupants of the downstairs bedrooms may be suffering from heatstroke, necessitating open windows. A little fresh air never hurt anyone,,, Finally I would say that Discover Sunriver staff were very professional and helpful to us when , in a snowstorm dumping 2 feet of snow, our Suburban's driver's side windshield wiper broke. They sent out staff armed with tools, and managed to fix it for us. We were most appreciative!!!!

Awesome house!

Spacious and well stocked kitchen, amazing natural sunlight streaming in, lovely wood burning fireplace, comfy beds, amazing pool at the local community center, easy parking, simple in and out, easy to navigate to X Country ski trails and downhill ski mountain...I could go on!

Excellent Accommodation

Very clean, well maintained home in Sunriver. Easily accommodated 8 Aussies on their first white Christmas holidays. Nicely appointed kitchen with pantry. Appreciated the large dining table and ample gathering space in the family room. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic Family Retreat

The house was great, we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately, because of fire smoke we couldn’t fully take advantage of the huge outdoor deck. This is the perfect house for a family gathering. Loved it!

Wonderful house!

Love this house for our family’s spring break quick getaway. The place is super clean upon our arrival and is generally well stocked. Lots of space for everyone to hang out and sleep. We weren’t aware of the shorter hours at the SHARC (they closed at 5) and by the time they tried to enter, it was at full capacity and was about to close in an hour. It was a unfortunate that our kids didn’t get to use it, perhaps their spring hours could have been posted either at the house or included on the posting. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Awesome House!

We fell in love with this house! Absolutely beautiful and the kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you need to cook anything (pots, pans, utensils, plates, silverware, bowls, platters). All the updates to this house are incredible and we would definitely stay here again.
