Thank you for your feedback. The kitchen light has a dimmer switch that can cause flickering when not properly adjusted, and it’s now been corrected. The key for the indoor pool is provided and hangs in the kitchen for guest use. We didn’t receive any service requests during the stay, but we would have been happy to assist.
