The Space:

Perched on the 16th hole of Harbour Town Golf Links, this island home will be just the place to kick back and watch the golfers pass by each morning with a cup of coffee on the private deck! The beach is just a short trolley ride away, yet you won't have to leave home base to escape the heat, as you have a private pool right outside to take a quick dip or tan in bliss with a good book. Inside, you will be spoiled by the bright interior, high-end furnishings, and free high-speed WiFi. The open layout of the second floor is perfect for entertaining with a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar seating to make meal prep a social event, a wonderful dining area, and a spacious living room complete with a large TV and plush sectional. One bedroom is located on this floor and the other three are on the lower floor, so privacy will be easy to come by.



* Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025.

Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.

Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.

Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.

Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.

Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.

For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.

Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.

Lovely home with, great views and relaxing pool.

We throughly enjoyed having a pool at the end of a hot day. The view of the golf course and sound through the trees was truly relaxing. The location is amazing so close to everything.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this home and enjoyed the pool. The home was clean, AC worked great. Appreciated the safety measures (high lock on sliding door upstairs and gate) to keep children away from exterior circle stairs. We would definitely stay here again

Very well appointed villa, in proximity to walking distance to town. Loved the private pool overlooking 16th green and 17th tee. Absolutely wonderful week and extremely relaxing.

Perfect Sea Pines vacation!

Wonderful stay! Perfect house for us with a 6 month old and a 4 year old! The pool was perfect for relaxing and plying during nap time. Pool is actually bigger in person! Location was amazing! Loved being able to walk to harbor town! We’ll be back!

Lovely Property, Great View

We had a great time at this property, loved the private pool, this unit had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen appliances, very clean, fantastic view of the 16th hole and we will definitely be back. Just note this unit cannot accommodate someone in a wheelchair. Only way to navigate the property is via stairs.

Marsh View Magnificence

The home is even better than the online photos! Peaceful views of the marsh and golfing groups were enjoyed by all. We had plenty of room for 4 women to get dressed! Bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen and pool area were all clean and comfortable. It was great! We all had a wonderful time!!

Perfect Location

The townhome backs up to the 16th/17th hole on the Harbortowne course but the best part are the views of the water from the back deck. We sat by the pool, had coffee in the mornings, cocktails in the afternoons and it was just beautiful. The interior isn't the most updated but that did not take away from our vacation as we were not indoors that much at all. Very quick walk to the restaurants and shops. Loved it!

Family trip to HHI

There were 5 adults and one child on our trip and we loved the layout of the home! Very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We sat on the decks and watched golfers quite a bit in addition to early morning walks on the course before players started. We didn't swim much, but the pool was clean and well maintained. Thank you!

Disappointed

2 of 3 toilets were not working. We fixed one on our own and the other was called in on Tuesday am and fixed on Fri am so we were without it for half of the stay despite many requests.

What a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo! Location is fantastic…walking distance to Harbour Town! It was well appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean, decor was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed in Sea Pines many times in the past and we all agreed we will definitely stay here again!

Spacious home with beautiful views of Harbour Town Golf Course & Calibogue Sound. Wish pool was heated, but we did the polar bear plunge and had a lot of fun with the kids.

Very well maintained property

All the amenities & room for 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils Very nice small pool. Plenty of out door seating Only complaint was the golf course sprayed fertilizer & the outside smell lingered. This doesn’t reflect on the property though

Relaxing Home Vacation Spot

Overall, the home and location were lovely. Some issues w/ maintenance (rear gate was off when we arrived/never fixed) and wi-fi issues where access needed to breaker box that took 2 days to resolve.
