The condo had everything we needed, private beach access, and really appreciated the under-condo parking for vehicles. This proved super beneficial when the hurricane rolled through. Definitely would stay again.

Very Clean and Comfortable

Gated community, elevators, swimming pools and great A/C. Only comment is that the inner liner on the showers need changed (stained yellow on bottom) other than that, such a clean and great little condo. The walk to the beach is 0.5 miles but a beach wagon and beach chairs are provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean Comfortable Affordable Vacation Villa

Had a great time in Hilton Head. The weather was perfect. The villa was clean, fresh and had everything we needed; all the comforts of home . Good location and didnā€™t break bank . Karl and Deborah were great to work with knowledgeable of the Island. They made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Awesome company to work with. Definitely would book with them to stay here again already plan to this summer!!!

Nice condo

The condo was clean, well appointed and well maintained. I cooked several meals in the kitchen and had everything I needed. Spent the day at the outdoor pool area which was very clean and had plenty of seating. Will be going back say a soon I hope.

Absolutely perfect!

The condo was the perfect size, clean and had everything needed to cook meals. The property has 2 outdoor pools and 1 inside pool. We were in the #4 building and the walk was a little longer than the other buildings.

Disappointing experience

The only positive comments I can make are that the unit and property were very clean. Location to the beach was decent with golf carts that run part time to help you get there.

Great room but one mile from beach

The room was great, and the facilities were all convenient. We wished it wasnā€™t such a long walk to the beach, but when the shuttle was running it was only .5 mile walk to the shuttle. There is some sort of popping noise in the roomā€¦not sure where itā€™s coming from. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen, too. Furniture is comfortable. Parking wasnā€™t a problem, either.

Great experience

Just a weekend getaway and we were pleasantly satisfied with this property. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected but still very manageable. Overall the unit was very clean although the living room rug could use a shampoo or replacement. The resort was safe and we walked the boardwalk at night to the beach with no issues. There is a restaurant/bar at the beach end of the boardwalk. However, the open/close times posted at the resort were not accurate as they were closed earlier than noted on signs posted at the resort. We were pleasantly suprised to find a whole closed with a wagon, beach chairs and beach toys. Overall we would definitely book again.

Another great time in Hilton Head

Thecondo was clean bright and very comfortable. We usually cooked breakfast at home and went out for lunch and dinner. Spent the evening relaxing in the family room watching the TV. We had a nice walk out the boardwalk to Coco's and grabbed lunch to eat back at the condo. The indoor pool is also great.

Unit was clean. TV was bad reception. Blurry for the 1st 3-4 days. Then they switched to spectrum. Cleared the issue. However, the password left internet did not work until late Wednesday evening. I had work to do in which I fell behind. Overall, I would stay again.

Fantastic Trip

Great location with easy access to restaurants and a short walk to the beach across the beautiful boardwalk. A variety of pool locations on site and beach supplies are already there so less packing. Great family trip and rental!

Love the area

We will definitely be going back to Hilton Head! Don't get me wrong, the villa was great but I tried to contact them 2 times before my stay and never heard back about my questions. I also want to add that this is a resort and the pool is quite a walk away, so if you go when it's and cold, be prepared. The beach is a walk too. It took us like 15 minutes.

Beautiful condo and great resort

Beautiful, clean, and well stocked condo at Hilton Head Resort. Our family loved the resort amenities, with the indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and short walk to the beach! We already booked our next stay and look forward to returning to this property in a couple of months.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental unit was small. Would have been very tight for four people. Master bath was very small. Main bathroom tub did not drain. I had to clean a large mass of hair from the drain in order to get the water to drain properly. Probably not cleaned for some time.Furniture in living area could use some updating. No extra blankets in the unit. Closet space at a minimum. Unit is overpriced. Would not go back to this unit at the price they charged.

Worst master bed and very far from Beach

This unit is the farthest from the beach in the entire complex. We were very disappointed at the walk of the whole resort. You canā€™t see or hear the ocean. Itā€™s a very far walk with all of your gear down the boardwalk. The shuttle is helpful, but not if you have all your chairs etc. The unit is nice. But the flooring is very noisy, the master queen bed was so loud and noisy, every time anyone moved it was horrible and squeaky. My husband slept on it alone and I tried to sleep on the couch bed, which was very thin and uncomfortable. The unit supplied everything we needed and was clean. The washers and dryers were usefully, especially with the credit card payment. Just not what we expected as far as location to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cons:The condo was not what we expected. It was much smaller and the living room furniture was very uncomfortable and stained. We were only given 1 towel and wash cloth each for 5 nights! The water pressure is a slow trickle in the showers and kitchen. The resort is clean but very dated. Only one working elevator in building 4 with long waits. The beach is about 2 miles away down a long boardwalk. Parking is horrible. Too many people not enough spaces. Will definitely go back to Seabrook next year!Pros:Beach was nice and clean. Cocoā€™s bar on the beach is s fun place to grab a beer and bite. Beds slept well and were clean. Everyone we encountered at resort was very friendly. Location was close to restaurants and shopping.

Nice condo in paradise

This condo is everything I hoped for and more! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room and living room. This place is gorgeous. Hilton Head Resort has so much to offer and we had a wonderful time. The hosts were always there in case of any questions which gave us piece of mind. The community is also gated as well. Thank you again for having us!
