The Space:

Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring an oblong pool surrounded by an oversized lanai and grassy areas that create a spacious, open feel. Lounge chairs invite you to soak up the Florida sunshine, while two outdoor tables for four make al fresco dining easy. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience after a swim. Inside, sliding glass doors lead to a comfortable living room with a sofa, loveseat, and accent chair, all positioned to enjoy views of the pool and easy access to the lanai. The kitchen offers honey oak cabinetry, drip and on-demand coffee options, and a cozy nook table that seats up to six, complemented by a separate dining table for seven—perfect for gathering everyone together. For added fun, the garage has been set up with an air hockey table and a small foosball table, giving guests of all ages another place to relax and play.
