As you enter the main level, you’re welcomed into a bright, open-concept living area, the perfect space to unwind and watch movies or just enjoy family time. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep effortless, while the breakfast bar offers easy conversation and company for the cook. Off the kitchen is a bright and airy dining area (seats 6) This level also features a king bedroom with a private ensuite full bath. Upstairs there are 2 more queen bedrooms, with a full bathroom to share.



As you head outside, enjoy your private saltwater pool, soak in hot tub and cook easy outdoor meals on the grill. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is popular for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and biking for those who like to stay on land.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: any pets, smoking, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
