Cozy Home with Large Heated Pool Providing Maximum Privacy

Villa Provence is the perfect home for a “fun-in-the-pool” family vacation. Villa Provence is an adorable and very comfortable vacation home located in the quiet Northwest of Cape Coral. The home is conveniently close to major roadways; shopping and dining is nearby.

Villa Provence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and has been furnished with love and dedication. Plenty of lovable little details will capture your eye and your heart. It is a very cozy home with plenty of space for up to six guests; extra consideration has been given to our “little guests” for whom lots of toys are provided. The home features a Home Theater System in the living room; both guest bedrooms are equipped with TV sets as well; there is, of course, free wireless High-Speed internet access.

The spacious lanai has western exposure, promising theatrical sunsets, and is surrounded by hedges to provide privacy. The backyard is sheltered by majestic Live-Oak trees, providing ample amounts of shade. The pool features an electric heat pump, and a stylish waterfall adds ambience to the pool scenery. Villa Provence is the perfect place for an unforgettable family vacation.

Perfect Stay

Loved everything about our stay. Stephen and Sabrina are wonderful, always there if you have any questions or needs as well as offering great advise on various fun activities. The home is the perfect home away from home having everything you need from cooking utensils to an abundance of towels, etc. The pool and launi is such an added bonus!

Nice place!

The property was very nice. It had everything that we needed. Was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to stores so you could get anything you may have forgotten to bring. Very comfortable!

Great and peaceful stay

Great time in Florida

We enjoyed our stay at Stephan’s and Sabrina’s house. There is everything you need in the house. Kids had wonderful time in a heated pool. It’s in a quiet area, close to shopping. Stephan and Sabrina were easily reachable and addressed all out questions promptly.

Lovely property

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and also well-equipped with everything one could possibly need. Whenever I needed any item really, it was very easy to find. The property is really not far from anywhere you wish to go, yet it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. My husband needed to work while we were there and Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. We are returning in July so we can explore the area more. We simply loved our stay!

Perfect Vacation

Was perfect for us. The home had everything needed to feel like home. The location was quiet and in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The lanai area and pool was wonderful too! Our daughter, son-in- law and 2 grandchildren ( aged 7 and 6) visited for a week and they had so much fun in the pool. Stephen and Sabrina were wonderful hosts explaining everything and always being there if we had any questions. Will definitely recommend!!!

Perfect place for a paradise vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Villa Provence, it felt like home from the first moment on! The villa is very clean, the sofas are extremely comfortable and there is more than plenty equipment in the kitchen. The pool is large and really nice, also the patio around the pool has plenty of room and also shadow if needed. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and it's really nice that there is not too close neighbours because the lots next tot he villa are empty. Stephan was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a month and it went by really fast! We really hope we have the opportunity to come back again some day!

Absolutely beautiful

This was my 2nd experience using Vrbo and I’m not disappointed at all. This property was gorgeous, provided e returning we could have needed and more from toys for the kids, high chair, strollers for walking. Sabrina and Stephan were amazing to work with and always there to answer any questions if needed. We had no issues with the property at all. My family had a great vacation and we cannot wait to come back to Mariner. Thank you guys for everything!!

Excellent stay in Cape Coral!

This was our third time at this property and by now the property managers feel like old friends when they check us in. The house was clean and it is very convenient to anywhere you might wish to go. There are at least 3 grocery stores within a 3 mike radius and countless restaurants within 10-15 minute drive. My husband had to work and he was able to do so with no issue and I enjoyed the pool while he worked. The backyard offers a lot of privacy with the nice way the owner has it landscaped. We will stay again. Thank you Stephan and Sabrina!

Lots of fun at Villa Provance!

House is clean, comfortable and well stocked! The pool was wonderful, we enjoyed it very much! Bikes, scooters, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, all available at the house! The only thing we could have used that wasn't there was a cooler, but we had brought our own from home. Beds were comfortable as was the furniture! Cable tv and great wifi available at the house. I was able to work from home without any service interruptions. If I am back in this area I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the use of your rental!

Home away from home !

My wife my two grandchildren and myself spent a little more than 2 weeks in wonderful Florida in this beautiful home. For the most part our time there was flawless. There were two incidents that was handled quickly by by the owners. Hurricane Elsa came through broke the screen dirtied the pool and the owner's resolved it very quickly we were very happy with their response. That's it that's all. We loved our stay we wish we didn't have to go it was a very very beautiful experience for us. Thank you very much for your home and the time we enjoyed there. And yes we will be booking there next year if available.

Cape Coral House

House was modest in a nice quiet neighborhood. No issues really to worry about. Pool was heated to 85 only thing they should invest in is a solar blanket. We felt the living room sofa and love seat we’re getting “tired” and should be changed. The electricity allowance is low and increased to properly reflect usage. Overall very happy.

A Week at Villa Provence

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Provence. The master bed is a little softer than ours but we slept well. The air conditioner worked great and we were comfortable day and night. My husband’s favorite was the burrowing owls across the street. He had his binoculars and spent quite a bit of time watching them. In the evenings we would see them perched on street signs, wires and mailboxes. The house is in a quiet neighborhood; we saw the neighbors and waved. Good proximity to lots of stores and restaurants. Parking in the garage is always a plus in the Florida sun and rain. There were a couple of little hiccups and the Sanfords were quick to respond and remedy the problems. We would love to stay at Villa Provence on our next visit but it is already booked!

We enjoyed our stay

This was our first time in Cape Coral area. Southwest Florida is our favorite. This home is in a good location and easy access to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean upon our arrival and the owner was easy to contact. The pool was fun for the kids and in good condition. We spent many hours outside in the pool area. In my opinion the only downfall of this property is that the prices may good and low but you do need to pay for electricity if you go over the $10 a day limit. I’ve stayed in my fair share of VRBO homes and have never had to do this. It was just slightly inconvenient to have to go find an ATM on our last day to get out cash to leave on the kitchen counter for over usage of electricity. I’d prefer the prices a bit higher and call it even in my opinion. But otherwise I think the home is beautiful and well cared for and the owners take pride in their property. The area is lovely and the neighborhood is very nice.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay here. It was very clean with plenty of everything you will need such as towels and at least enough supplies to get you started if not make it through the week (paper towels, coffee filters, etc). Everything is well-maintained, I noticed some things replaced since our last visit and the addition of a Keurig (in addition to regular coffee maker). The pool is crystal clear and was the perfect temp. The backyard is nicely landscaped to make a nice little private oasis, yet at the same time you are close to so many places! We went to Matlacha (9 min drive), Shell Factory (30 min), Sanibel (45 min) and Fort Myers Beach (35-40 min). We also checked out the Yacht Club on this trip which was only about 15 min away. It’s just a great location for anywhere you wish to go. There’s also a great new grocery store, Farmer Joe’s, which is only about 5 minutes away. We really had another fantastic stay and won’t hesitate to stay here again and also recommend to family and friends. We did not have any issues at all while we stayed but I am sure the host Mr. Sanford, would be right on top of it if you experienced any type of issue as he is very interested to make sure guests enjoy their stays!

Entspannte Tage in Florida

Ich habe meine Urlaubstage in Ferienhaus Mariner sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und lädt durchaus zum verweilen im Haus ein. Das Haus ist auch für Familien großartig. Es ist ein reichliches Angebot an Spielen und Spielzeug für Kinder vorhanden. Reichlich Handtücher für am Pool oder Meer sind auch da.

Das Haus ist top gepfelgt. Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Groß genug für 6 Personen. Sehr gute/nette Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter. Würde jederzeit wieder hier her gehen.

Aufenthalt war gut, warmes, kleines gemütliches Haus. Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Für 6 Personen waren 2 Poolliegen zu wenig. Das Queensize Bett müsste mal ordentlich fixiert werden.
