The Space:

Located just 200’ from the beach, this 3BR/2BA condo boasts a prime location for your coastal getaway! Soak up the sun, swim in the Atlantic, or take a short walk to nearby restaurants. Iconic spots like the Ocean City Boardwalk and Isle of Wight are close by. This serene single-level rental features trendy coastal decor and ocean views from the private balcony. LIVING AREA After a fun-filled beach day, kick back on two leather love seats and a recliner in the living room. Watch favorite shows on the 48” smart TV, or relax by the glow of the remote-controlled electric fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Gather around the farmhouse-style dining table for meals. BEDROOMS & BATHS This condo sleeps up to nine guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 39” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds. The third bedroom is appointed with a twin bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Take in partial views of the ocean from your private balcony with seating for four. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and reserved parking for one car in the carport. Located on the second floor, this unit is accessed via a flight of stairs. An outdoor shower on the grounds is handy for rinsing off after the beach. THE LOCATION Your condo is situated just 200’ from the Atlantic. Local shops and restaurants are within a few blocks. Roller coasters and a waterpark at Jolly Roger Amusement Park are within an 11-minute drive. The iconic Ocean City Boardwalk is a 14-minute drive. For a day of crabbing, kayaking, and fishing, drive 8 minutes to the Isle of Wight. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location with water views in two directions!

This property is very close to the beach and was perfect for my son’s 30th birthday celebration. We had a blast!

We had a great stay except for our elock not working so we had to call to access the key box. The mattress in our bed(king bed) was very firm and it was uncomfortable. Otherwise the rental was beautiful and all of us had a great time.

Beach Vacation

We had a great time and the comfy condo was as advertised. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings out on the patio. The space was clean and had everything we needed. We really liked the location as it was near restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay again. Loved it

Amazing location just a few steps from the beach. The inside was very spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. I was worried about noise complaints since we were a pretty large group, but we didn`t have any issues. I will definitely try to stay here every time I go to OC. A close walk to the beach

This condo is nice and spacious, we are a family of seven with kids under 12. The condo had most of the amenities to get settled right away. Be prepared to bring your paper products and cleaning supplies for the kitchen and the wash. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

You can’t beat the location to the beach. This property was very homey and very comfortable. It could use some updating, especially the bathrooms, but it was very clean which is what really matters. The carpet also needs to be replaced badly. Overall, I would stay here again. The turnkey property management was great to work with and very prompt to answer any questions. Coral Beauty Experience

We had a great time here at Coral Beauty. The location and proximity to the beach was second to none. We loved how close it was to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and bars. The check in and out procedures were great as they were straight forward and easy to complete. We did not have anything major to complain about but we wish there were more cookware to use as it made dining a little difficult. We also wish there were more trash bags but these are small inconveniences that were rectified easily. We all hope to be back soon!

Beach vacation

The condo is in a great location-close to the beach, stores, restraints. The house needs major updating. The lack of cooking pans was horrible. We had 8 people and it was very difficult to cook. We did have some maintance problems but the management company took care of them. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Solid beach condo!

I spent a short weekend celebrating a birthday with 6 friends, and this condo provided all the comfort that we needed. The decor was cute and tasteful! The appliances were definitely out dated, and several areas were obviously worn (torn screen door, broken hook on the wall, loose sink head nozzle, etc) but the rental company was fantastic about offering to send a repair person to check it out. The only annoying thing was the decibel meter in the condo. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Rainy but relaxing weekend

We had a great weekend away, even though it was cold and rainy we were nice and comfy in the condo. It was nice having the small fireplace in the corner to cut the chill from outside. The condo was very clean and we were comfortable in our stay. The bathrooms could use some updating but they worked fine for our weekend. The only small details we noticed was there was only one trash bag provided as well as one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. These were not major concerns but if we had known we would have brought our a couple of our own bags. We were very happy with the location and the beach access and would come back for a weekend again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great location, could use some updates, would stay again.

Overall we were happy with our stay. The location is amazing. The condo could definitely use some updates. For example, the kitchen counter is some sort of stone that had lacquer applied to it previously and the lacquer is all yellowing and peeling off so you have to be careful with the counter and putting food on it. The Q mattress in the 2nd bedroom has a big dip in the middle and really should be replaced. It’s definitely an old unit and old building and it does show. Also it could use a deep clean, the rugs were quite dark from years of beach feet staining them, and it’s clear the cleaners just do a quick once over, there were dirty dishes in the cabinets, and lots of dust buildup on the vents. Someone was parked in our assigned spot, not anyone’s fault, but it was a little frustrating. That being said, the location is amazing, it’s just steps to the beach, and it was relatively affordable off season. The property manager left a bag of convenience items that we didn’t have to bring which was amazing and super helpful. We would probably stay here again, if perhaps the owners can address the countertop, the sinking bed in the 2nd bedroom and get a nice deep clean, including inside the cabinets. One last note, for the property manager, there’s a utility closet that had a lot of household items and junk stored in it, like spray paint, and paint pails, and broken flooring. I think that should also be addressed as it’s likely a fire hazard to have that much debris piled against the furnace and hot water heater.
