This Ocean Isle Beach house in the lovely Island Park Neighborhood boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, including 3 king bedrooms, a bunk bed with a twin over a full, and a queen bed with a twin. Almost everything is new with memory foam mattresses for a good nights rest. The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub, but the one on the left has its own half bath in the room. Three additional bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and a king bed. The other two bedrooms share an additional bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a large outside shower for your convenience. EV charger and a fireplace that blows hot and cold air!!

The neighborhood is fabulous, featuring TWO swimming pools and two docks to canoe or watch gorgeous sunsets. The beach access is across the street and is walkable or you can rent a golfcart and enjoy riding around the island. Beach chairs and all linens provided. Extra fridge in the storage area with freezer and fridge (no ice maker).
