Beautiful Hilton Head Resort Condo in Building #4!

Welcome to SLICE OF TUSCANY -- your own little getaway in Hilton Head Island! This beautifully renovated 2 bed & 2 bath Italian-style villa blends old world charm with modern luxury. Fully furnished and thoughtfully appointed, this retreat offers a variety of amenities to aid in your comfort during your time in Hilton Head.

As you arrive, you are greeted by the elegant granite, marble, and ceramic counter tops located in the gourmet kitchen which is the perfect place for gathering for any and every meal that you might share. Walking into the living room, the queen sleeper sofa provides extra guests with high levels of comfort. Feel free to enjoy your favorite movies, shows, or sports games with the provided Smart TV! Travel outside to the 3rd floor balcony and you gain views of local marshes and some of the resort's tennis courts. As you relax on the balcony, feel free to make yourself a cup of coffee or even a morning mimosa as you feel the gentle ocean breeze.

Entering the primary bedroom, feel free to kick back, relax, and sink into the queen sized sofa that perfectly sleeps 2 guests! As you did in the living room, feel free to enjoy more movies & shows with the Smart TV that also provides you with cable channels. The en suite bathroom provides you with an elegant walk-in shower that is perfect for washing off the day before getting ready for dinner or a night out with the family. The guest bedroom provides you with the same comforts of the primary bedroom -- a queen sized bed, Smart TV with cable channels, and a bathroom with another walk-in shower right outside of the bedroom door.

To make your stay even more carefree, this condo includes private WiFi along with thoughtful starter essentials such as dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and fresh bath towels — all the little touches that help your vacation begin the moment you arrive. Beach essentials like beach chairs, tent, beach wagon, etc are provided in case you forget to bring some of your own.

Beyond the condo itself, Hilton Head Resort is brimming with resort-style amenities designed for endless fun and relaxation. Take your pick from sparkling pools, including the outdoor heated pool at Building #1 or the indoor recreation center in Building #3 featuring a heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, indoor walking track, fitness center, sauna, steam room, and even a small arcade for a little nostalgic fun. Grab a bite at the on-site deli, sip tropical cocktails at the poolside tiki bar, or unwind at the oceanfront cabana after a day in the sun.

For active guests, the resort offers six lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a badminton court, and an oceanfront volleyball court perfect for sunset games by the sea. There’s also a grilling area for evening cookouts beneath the palms. From April through September, a convenient golf cart shuttle whisks guests to the beach — though many visitors prefer the scenic 10-minute stroll along the boardwalk, where marsh views and local marine life make the journey part of the adventure itself. During the warmer months, The Breeze trolley stops right at the resort every 30 minutes, making island exploring even easier. Service typically runs from March through Labor Day, operating from 1PM–10PM during the week and until 11PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Please note: Hilton Head Resort maintains a strict NO PETS policy, though registered service animals are welcome. This is also a NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING condo. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Please let us know in advance how many car passes you’ll need (maximum of 2).
