Indian Shores is one of Florida`s hidden gems, offering a relaxed coastal atmosphere away from the crowds while still being close to some of the Gulf Coast`s most popular attractions. Known for its beautiful white-sand beaches, stunning sunsets, and friendly community, it`s the perfect destination for families, couples, and beach lovers alike.

Guests can spend their days swimming, shell collecting, paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply unwinding along miles of pristine shoreline. Keep an eye out for dolphins playing in the Gulf, especially during sunrise and sunset. The area is also home to charming waterfront restaurants, local seafood spots, beach bars, and quaint boutiques, all just a short drive or walk away.

For those looking to explore, Indian Shores is conveniently located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach, making it easy to enjoy attractions such as John`s Pass Village, boat tours, fishing charters, nature parks, and family-friendly activities. The Indian Shores area is very walkable with many restaurants and coffee shops close by. Additionally, a beach trolley runs up and down the beach on Gulf Blvd. between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach/Passe-a-Grille from 5 AM - 10 PM daily and until midnight on Friday and Saturday. Numerous stops are located on both sides of the street. Look for the colorful marker signs and/or `shelters` on Gulf Blvd. There are stops on both sides of Gulf Blvd about 1/2 block north of the property. Look for the glass `shelters.`
Additional House Rules:

1. Reservation must accurately reflect number of occupants & cannot exceed maximum occupancy (including children & infants) listed on website.
2. Quiet time after 10 PM.
3. Do not leave any exterior doors/windows open or door unlocked when unit is unattended.
4. Do not burn any candles inside the unit or outside on balconies, decks, patio, etc.
5. In an effort to minimize sand in the unit, clean off feet and other sandy body parts/items when leaving beach and returning to unit. Please use shower downstairs at beach to rinse off sand.
6. Do not put any items besides toilet paper in the toilet. Paper towels, baby wipes, feminine products, etc - anything besides toilet paper may cause a plumbing issue. Additionally, many of our toilets are water-saving models and do not have a strong flush - limiting the amount of paper used will help prevent a clog. Likewise, do not put peelings or any other fibrous materials through the disposal or any cooking oils and/or sand down sinks, showers & tubs. Always feed material slowly and run plenty of water while using garbage disposal. If a plumbing issue occurs due to misuse, guest will be responsible for service call and repair.
7. Air conditioning must not be set below 72 degrees, fan should be set on auto and system on cool. Additionally, all windows and doors must be kept closed during its operation. Failure to follow these terms may cause the system to freeze up and become inoperable and/or permanently damage the system. If system freezes up, air conditioner must be turned off to allow the unit to defrost, and there will be no air conditioning during this time. Failure to follow these terms resulting in a service call and/or permanent damage will result in additional charges.
8. We take pride in the condition of our properties and do our best to provide an outstanding vacation experience. However, we do not offer refunds for conditions beyond our control such as an appliance malfunction, TV/Cable or internet failure, power outages, etc.
9. In the event of a maintenance issue, please notify us as quickly as possible so that we may elect to rectify an issue. During regular business hours, calls will be assessed and addressed daily. Non-emergency after hour calls will be addressed the following day. An emergency is defined as an issue that makes the unit unsafe for human life or may cause imminent damage to the property. Any problems that arise that do not constitute an emergency, as determined by Big 10 Vacations, may be remedied during or after the rental period. Response will be based on the severity of the problem and is at our discretion.
10. We are located in a tropical environment and insects and small mammals flourish in such conditions. Our rentals receive regular pest control, and we make our best effort to hold to a minimum guest interaction with these pests. Guests can help in this effort by promptly disposing of trash and not leaving food unattended outside or out over night inside or outside. If there is a pest control issue, guest should notify us so the situation can be assessed and addressed appropriately. Contact with a pest inside or outside of your rental home is not reason for cancelation or refund.
11. Cause for Immediate Eviction: Falsified Bookings - Any booking made under false pretense, including but not limited to a falsified name, age, size of party, and/or failure to receive prior approval for a pet will be subject to immediate eviction with no refunds. Additionally, if noise complaints, over occupancy or any other rule/contract violations occur, or if law enforcement is dispatched to property due to disturbances or illegal activity, guest and all occupants are subject to immediate eviction with no refunds.
12. We adhere to our cancelation policy. Any exceptions will be determined by AirBnb and their extenuating circumstances policy. Additionally, we do not offer refunds or change reservations due to adverse weather or red tide conditions. Guests who are concerned about possible interruption, cancelation or delayed travel are encouraged to purchase travel insurance as it can provide protection in the event of storms and other emergencies.
