Hudson River views with pool and hot tub

The Riverview Terrace House is located in a quiet neighborhood in Kingston NY overlooking the beautiful Hudson River. Just an hour and forty five minutes from NYC it is the perfect get away for family and friends. We welcome you to enjoy the house with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool open during summer months thru Labor Day and a hot tub open year round. Centrally located between uptown Kingston and Rhinebeck you will have access to the all of the great amenities the area has to offer.

The house is perfect for entertaining and hosting friends and family. The living room is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the view of the pool overlooking the Hudson River. There is a large dining room with a wood burning fireplace and a separate office area with a desk for anyone that needs a private work space. The pool is open during summer months thru Labor Day.



please remove shoes in house
children must be supervised outside and near the pool and hot tub at all times
be respectful of neighborhood - keep noise level to a minimum
no pets allowed in pool or hot tub
no pets on furniture
clean up after pets both inside and outside of house
keep house clean and well maintained
upon checkout - run dishwasher, leave used beds unmade and place used towels on the floor in the laundry room or in hampers provided
If you are traveling with a pet it is recommended that they wear a tick collar for their protection.

Amazing stay!!

This was an amazing weekend getaway. The house was large, clean, beautiful, and had amazing views. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub was great. Overall, great experience and would love to come back!

This house was perfect for a view of the Hudson River and many bedrooms for everyone. The host was very helpful and we had a great time. Plenty of space and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We’ll be back one day again.

Hudson River View

We had a great time staying over at the Hudson River view. The pool and hot tub are great with an amazing view of the Hudson. We enjoyed the many areas for sitting and large rooms. The house is well stacked with games and books. Fantastic for a family getaway.

The place and views are WOW amazing

The place is gorgeous, spotless, very well furnished, the views are breathtaking…. Sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the views is something to experience at least once in your lifetime LOL I will definitely be back again, great bang for your buck, Marisa was a great host and very helpful and courteous, I will definitely be back, this is my new go to place, love it!

Beautiful

I almost hesitate to describe the view of the Hudson to you, out of concern it might not be available when I go to book this place again. The whole house is nice too, but the poolside river view is hard to beat.

Friends trip

Beautiful location overlooking the Hudson River. Near many cute small towns, nice restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. Weather was dreadfully hot during our stay, so a/c had a hard time keeping the upstairs cool - pool was very welcome respite. Not as clean as we hoped which we communicated to the host after our stay and she waived our cleaning fee.

A very nice house

The only thing wrong with this house was hard water, which caused some water pressure issues. Other than that it was clean, well organized, and the host left a great manual with restaurants and other information on the local area. The hot tub was wonderful was wonderful,

Kingston Vacation

My family had a wonderful stay in this home. Every morning, the sunrise over the Hudson River was spectacular. The views must be even more impressive in the fall. The home was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Marisa was a pleasure to deal with. She responded quickly to any questions that we had. She even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine for the holiday. We hope to stay again soon.

View of the Hudson

We visited the area for a family wedding in Germantown. The house is beautifully situated with amazing views of the Hudson River and the surrounding area. The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, linens & games. The owner was responsive and communicative. The younger members of our family loved the hot tub with it's view of the river and the bridge.

Overall great space for family

Overall great space for family. We stayed here over the thanksgiving break. We had babies and toddlers and 6 adults. The space was the perfect size for us and the crib was much appreciated. The views are beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. The house needs some updates; a lot of the lights were not working, some windows need to be replaced, the washing machines need cleaning/to be looked at. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. The host was super communicative and when I told her the house wasn’t very clean when we checked in she refunded us a portion of the cleaning fee.

BEST EVER

The best time ever!!! There were 7 of us and plenty of room for us all! House was big and spacious along with a full size, well stocked kitchen with condiments that even a chef would appreciate. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms had everything a bathroom should have. Huge dining room table to the family can gather during meal time. The gathering took place outside in the clear crystal pool with floats and balls to play or just relax. At night the hot tub was the perfect way to relax. No need to bring towels or linens. Enough for everyone. Two huge washers and dryers. I cannot say enough about the view whether from the pool, hot tub or the bedrooms. Overall a perfect place for a family get together. We plan on booking every year to start a new tradition. Property manager was amazing and very responsive. See you next summer!!!!

Great location just outside of downtown Kingston, quiet street, beautiful view, especially from the bedrooms and kitchen/living room. Huge house, lots of spaces to hang out. Hot tub was great. Spacious kitchen. Marisa had great communication, and the house was clean when we arrived (with the exception of a few dirty dishes and silverware found within the clean items in the kitchen). Super simple check-out rules, too. However, the place could really use some TLC. The showers and toilets (except for the one toilet off of the laundry room) were pretty bad. Difficult to flush toilets, terrible water pressure (and confusing knobs in the upstairs shower), and not great-working water/ice dispenser in the fridge. The place in general could use some updating and fewer mismatched things (dishes, glassware, platters, sheets), more lamps in a couple of the rooms, fixing a rickety chair at the kitchen table - and even though we didn't use the pool (with the amazing location), it's structure looks to need some restoration too. Hopefully some of these will be addressed for future guests!

Wonderful, quiet property in Kingston

This was a wonderful property. Plenty of room for all of us (7 adults and 2 dogs). The property is very large and it's in a small neighborhood. The views of the Hudson and the Rhinecliff Bridge we're beautiful, even though it rained it was still a great weekend.

Girls Knitting Trip

A bunch of friends decided we should book a house for the Sheep and Wool Festival at Rhinebeck. This house got us perfectly. There was ample room to spread out. The beds were very comfy and while the upstairs shower required a degree in engineering (not really, but it was challenging) once we figured it out it was wonderful. I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy other amenities.

Spacious home with amazing views!

The house was perfect for our girls long weekend--well-outfitted, comfortable bedrooms, a private and quiet setting with gorgeous views. We were treated to both sunrise and moonrise over the Hudson! The location offers easy access to exploring towns on both sides of the river. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive to the few questions we had. All-around a great property!

Fantastic view!

The house was incredible and exactly what we needed for our trip. The views were amazing and the amount of beds were perfect for our girls trip. The host was so responsive and incredibly helpful! I would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect for a long weekend getaway.

This property worked out great for our long weekend getaway with another family. The house had plenty of room for our group, 4 adults and 4 kids (age 5-10) with plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean and the communication with the owner was great. The hot tub overlooking the Hudson River with the Kingston Bridge in the background was very popular. The owner offered us a late checkout to avoid leaving during the tail end of a snowstorm, which was greatly appreciated. A great weekend away with good friends.
