Westcott Bay Vista (formerly known as Bellevue Farm Cottage) is a beautiful Cape Cod style home constructed with great detail. This 2600+ square foot home is located atop a gentle hill, providing a spectacular view of Westcott Bay from almost every room. The tennis and basketball court are short walk down the hill off the North side of the home. This exclusive community of similar style homes on spacious properties is a short mile into Roche Harbor Resort and all its amenities. Guests can also enjoy a short 3/4 mile walk to the famous Westcott Bay Oyster Farm for fresh shellfish and snacks.

Enjoy the water view setting from the living and dining rooms and kitchen of this beautiful island home. The new hot tub (2025) is the perfect spot for viewing the incredible sunsets. The comfortably furnished living room has a beautiful stone surround wood burning fireplace and in-home stereo system. The dining table offers seating for 8 along with breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a private library/entertainment room that can be closed off with pocket doors for Apple TV / DVD / VHS watching. Wireless internet connection available if you really must.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary suite is furnished with a Queen size bed with water views and has an adjoining primary bath with dual sinks and shower. The junior suite is also furnished with a queen size bed with water views and has an adjoining, private bathroom. The third bedroom offers water views and is furnished with a Queen size bed. There is an additional sleeping space upstairs furnished with 1 Queen sized bed and 1 Twin bed.

Barbecue outside and enjoy the true southwest exposure maximizing all day sunlight. Watch the eagles, herons, and deer - and enjoy the large grassy yard and large wrap around deck.

One of our best getaway houses!

Beautiful, comfortable home and great location for visiting Roche Harbor and San Juan Island. Lots of wonderful amenities. Very clean and well organized. Wish the hot tub was working while we were there, but other than that it was perfect for us. Highly recommend!!

Great house and location

Property itself was wonderful, but we felt that property manager could have/should have been more helpful with arrangements for boat mooring, trailer parking and late checkout. Basically, we were on our own with no advice or suggestions for any of those necessities on our first trip to the area.

Perfect place to stay for our son’s wedding

Close to Roche Harbor Resort, the property was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. It had great water views. Three full baths was a plus.We would definitely stay here again.

Great House!

This house was perfect for our group! We were in town for a wedding at Roche Harbor Resort and it was only a 3 min drive from the house!! We used the community tennis court that is probably 50 yards from the house! And we met a really nice neighbor named Glenn and his dog Ginger! He gave us awesome recommendations for in town! Highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a nice quiet house with a BEAUTIFUL view!

Spring Break with Family

Beautiful home and setting. 1 1/2 mile walk to Roche Harbor. Community Tennis court and Basketball hoop close by. Some areas need a little extra cleaning…. Showers, shower curtain, sink drains, dishes… but overall clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Management Company very helpful and communicative. Would stay here again.

Great house near Roche Harbor

This is a great house…. Sort of reminds me of the Hampton. The view is fantastic and it’s peaceful and quiet. My only complaint would be that they need to have new linens and comforters and pillows. For this type of more upscale house my wife and I felt they should spend some money on that.. But other than that it’s wonderful.

The gas pressure to the stove top is not sufiencent to boil water/cook. We cooked each meal and constantly had problems cooking on the stove top. Enough so that we thought of using the grill or fireplace to boil water.2. The house REALLY needs an outdoor seating group that might be an outdoor sofa with 2 side chairs and a coffee table. The view is spectacular and it is very disappointing to sit at a table ALL AFTERNOON and EVENING and the vinyl Chaise Lounges are not suitable for such a lovely home. The Plastic Stackable Chairs don't belong a a sophisticated home such as this, they should be thrown out or stored offsite.The Sound System and Speakers were a nice treat. The house is very clean and we enjoyed it so much. I hope that you will consider our suggestions, we would love to enjoy the house again next year on our annual Labor Day Trip.

Reviewer Comments: With relatives on the island, we have visited SJI multiple times but this time we truly fell in love with the beauty the island offers--especially with this property's views! The accommodations were perfect for our family (2 adult children with their partners and M&D). We spent a day each in town, at Roche, and hiking at Jackle's Lagoon along with family visits. Dinners at SJ Brewery (arrival) and Duck Soup. Everything was GREAT. Allow 20 minutes for a pot of coffee is the only downside of WB Vista.
