Ocean views and sunshine welcome you to this wonderful Two Bedroom Villamare /Palmetto Dunes condo. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 2212 Villamare in Palmetto Dunes is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Centrally located in the Villamare complex, this second-floor condo is close to everything! Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of our new (2024) family pool, both of our main fountains, the birds that visit the pond, and of course, the Ocean! Both balconies provide a sunny location for both morning and afternoon enjoyment.

In the condo you will find Smart TVs, smart DVD players, free wifi, and 2 planning desks if you must work remotely. There are travertine tile floors and blackout curtains in all rooms. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are in the well-stocked kitchen. Condo sleeps seven people.

The master bedroom has a king bed, planning desk, slider doors to the main balcony, and a large bathroom with granite double sinks and a large, tiled shower.

The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a chair with a single sleeper, a planning desk, and a bathroom with a granite sink and a tub/shower combination. This bedroom also has its own private balcony with a deck box containing an assortment of beach equipment.

Redesigned in 2024, amenities provided by the Villamare complex include 2 oceanfront pools (one serenity pool for adults, and one family pool), 2 outdoor hot tubs, ADA compliant beach access, gas grills with outdoor oceanfront dining area, and a fire pit for evening enjoyment. In the Villamare health club, you will find an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, and well -equipped exercise room.

Walk to many Palmetto Dunes Resort activities; General Store, bike and kayak rental, tennis and pickleball center, three golf courses, Alexander’s restaurant, the Dunes House, Big Jim’s, and the Hilton and Omni restaurants and pool bar.

Shelter Cove with its many restaurants and marina activities, and the Shelter Cove Park and shopping center are just one mile away. Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle service is provided seasonally.

Hilton Head offers 30 golf courses, 117 miles of bike paths, 400 tennis courts, 250 shops and over 200 restaurants.
