We are just a little ways down from the 'surf' hot spot of the island...The islands famous Tahiti Beach is just a short golf cart ride away past the New Sea Spray Marina to the South.

Family Board Games and beach toys are at the house as well.... Lots of Recreational and Fitness options offered, We also have Large Jenga Block Game.

Of course we also offer central Air conditioning . 30 KW John Deere Diesel Generator. We do allow our tenants to access our Laundry room - washer and dryer are included for your usage.

Wifi, Satellite, Microwave, Water Filtration System , Dish Washer, gas stove, Side by Side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser...no details are left undone. We also have a propane BBQ for your grilling needs.

All of the walls in our home have white washed wood paneling, and tiled floors throughout. Two out of 6 bathrooms have full tubs with showers, and the other 4 have showers.

We do offer as part of our rental pick up/drop off of guests and their luggage at the Hopetown Ferry Boat dock . Golf Carts are available for rent from local companies as are Boats.

The ABACO Inn is 1/2 Mile to the South, and the Firefly is 1/2 mile to the West. Mackeys Restaurant take out for breakfast, lunch and dinner is across the street- and their FOOD is great!

My other property, BAHAMIAN RHAPSODY- is now fully renovated and just up the beach. It is a 7 Bedroom/6 bath. Across the Street from the Ocean but has Elevated and Unobstructed views of the South End of the Island.

Current US passports are always required for entry into the Bahamas. No covid test required to enter island at this time. Please check www.travel.gov.bs for continued updates.

We HIGHLY recommend Travel Insurance for ANY Trip outside the US...Just in case....

We will reimburse for travel INSURANCE if Booked during Hurricane Season. Only for the months of August 19 thru September and October. Must be a good plan with coverage for Hurricanes, storms and flight issues and not VRBO insurance, as they do not have good coverage for hurricane events..
