Conched Out-A 5b/4b luxury home situated on a 2.2 acre estate.

This spacious, luxury, rental home located on Hope Town/ Elbow Cay and has breathtaking sunset views overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Our private dock makes this house a great getaway for boaters.

Open, soaring, 20-foot ceilings featured in the dining, living, and kitchen areas. Walls are cypress with a whitewash finish and Italian ceramic tile is featured throughout the house. The kitchen faces the sea and is fully equipped.

Five bedrooms, Three on the main floor and Two dormer bedrooms on the second floor. The master and second bedroom are off of the foyer and the guest bedroom is off of the living area.

Our 'much talked about' cupola room at the top of the house affords a view for over ten miles in all directions. Furnished with a sofa and love seat as well as stools at the wet bar. Fiberoptic TV is included with over 100 channels and the major Miami networks. A step-out, observation deck is off this room and the view of the Sea of Abaco and surrounding Abaco Out Islands is unbeatable.

The house is approximately 70 feet from the water and faces west to take full advantage of Abaco sunsets. The dock is 60 feet long with a 30' extension and the water is approx 4' at low tide.

A large swimming pool, deck and gazebo overlook the Sea of Abaco.

If you are traveling with kids we offer a pack and play, stroller, crib and high chair.

Beautiful views and a new dock!

We had a wonderful week at Conched Out. The views are beautiful, and the landscaping, deck, pool, and dock are all first-rate. The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped. The large open floor plan downstairs is ideal for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. The property managers couldn't have been nicer, and the owner (Don) has also been very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at Conched Out again!

Perfect house

Don has owned this property for many years and his pride in ownership is very evident. I have rented close to 15 cottages in abaco over the past ten years and this is number one on my list. 10 out of ten

Gorgeous Family Spot on Elbow Cay!

Our time at Conched Out could not have been more perfect! The home is beautiful with all the amenities you could need. We've stayed in various homes in the past, but this is our new favorite! The property was clean and very well maintained. The owner, Don, was very responsive to all of our needs (even juggled his renovation project when we had a change of plans with our arrival) The views are breathtaking and the location is ideal. I would highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed with a thing!

Best house in al the Islands

Without question Conched Out is the best house in all the Islands. The drone video is absolutely incredible; however, seeing it in person is more stunning. The location is ideal, just 2 docks from Firefly, halfway to Hopetown and halfway to Tahiti Beach/SeaSpray Marina. Short ride to the store. The dock is perfect design for protecting your boat. The pool is heavenly. The home is perfect our 2 families with a view from the top that is majestic. Even has Bluetooth stereo, fast Wi-Fi, and phone for international calling if you needed to keep in touch. Has new appliances with extra refrigerator and bait freezer. Even has backup generator although we did not need it. Has it's own water system where it collects rain water and water-maker from the sea. Don has thought of about everything! Can't wait to return next year!

Conched-Out

This is our 6th stay at Conched-Out. We love the house, the location and all the amenities. The house has everything you would need for a perfect Bahamian vacation. Paradise!

Conched Out was everything we hoped it would be. It was very nice, comfortable and roomy. It is centrally located on Elbow Cay and the views are incredible. The dock is wonderful to keep your boat and for snorkeling. Pool is refreshing after long day on boat. Would recommend this house to anyone and stay again in the near future. Don, the owner is great. Conched Out is the best and we had an awesome stay!!!!!!!

Conched Out exceeded our expectations!

Our experience was nothing short of outstanding! All systems worked flawlessly. The air condition worked great and we had some really warm afternoons. We showed up with our own sharp knives, spices and various items that most rentals do not usually ever have. Conched Out had great kitchen equipment and a super fantastic gas stove and outside gas grill. We brought tenderloins with us from the US and grilled out on the deck and enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the sea.

Relaxing Week

This was our second time at Conched Out and it was wonderful, again. Everything you need is in the home and the owner and caretakers are very responsive. We had a group of 10 with plenty of space to relax indoors and out. The gas grill at this home was a big plus for us as we cooked in three times. The pool and home have an awesome sunset view and the scenery surrounding them property is incredible. The dock makes keeping your boat at the home very easy. We had a great week and will be back !

All the comforts of home, the beauty of paradise

This was our 12th year in a row, and I'm already looking forward to next year at Conched Out. All of the amenities (Wifi, sound system, satellite TV, fully stocked kitchen, etc, etc), beautiful views all around (from cupola, pool & gazebo, family room), central to the best restaurants, marinas, island -hopping, fishing, snorkeling, paddle-boarding, great dock and beautiful surroundings. Caretakers Wilma and Sherman, are there when you need them and you're a short cart ride from 2 food stores and a wine & spirits store. We've recommended Conched Out to many friends. Firefly and Abaco Inn are 2 of the best places to eat on the island (great views), and Sea Spray Marina is a great place to walk the docks, talk to the fishermen, and have a pina colada at Gaffers.

Perfect Getaway!!!

My family( children & grandchildren) had a wonderful time at Conched Out!! We had a perfect stay. The setting was fantastic- spacious and clean house, large wonderful deck( awesome sunsets), beautiful landscaped grounds, crystal clean pool, top floor lookout(great views), and great dock for our boat. Our caretaker, Wilma, was so helpful and always available for any questions. Great location near the restaurants at Firefly and Abaco Inn and the nearby grocery store. We had so much fun boating( Pete's Pub, Cracker P's, Man-O- War, etc.) and golf cart rides into charming Hopetown!! Conched Out was better than we had imagined!! A week is just not enough time!

From the moment we engaged with Don to the conclusion of the trip there has not been a more accommodating host. He helped us navigate pre-shopping, boat rentals, cart rentals and anything else we had questions on...then you get to the house. Starting with the private dock and climbing up to the private pool, our boys were in heaven (we were too). The house is perched with 360 degree views and very comfortable. We stayed at 3 different properties on the island and this was definitely our favorite - always sounds trite when I read this in reviews, but honestly no reason to look anywhere else.

Excellent location and property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Conched Out. The property is set back from the road located high on a bluff overlooking the Sea of Abaco. We had two families with a total of 3 boys that played outside the entire time we were not out and about. They searched and collected for hermit crabs every evening. Meanwhile the adults were enjoying the sunsets. The house is sufficiently equipped with la brand new grill and a kitchen for preparing meals anytime you decide not to enjoy the many places to eat close by. The house is between downtown and White Sound which is another bonus. We kept a boat at Sea Spray marina as well as used the dock onsite for loading and unloading kids and supplies from our boat. In the morning we walked to the Sweet shop for coffee and sticky buns. Firefly resort is also right next door which is convenient for some of the better food on the island and or Happy hour. The Abaco Inn is also within reasonable walking distance for drinks or dinner. We have visited Elbow 5 times now and Conched Out was definitely our favorite and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Conched Out - Amazing

We have vacationed in Hopetown as a family every summer for the last 10 years. We have stayed at number of different properties during this trips. This was our first time at Conched Out and our first trip during fall/winter. What a great time to visit. The weather is cooler with less humidity but the water temps are still warm enough for a nice refreshing swim. I snorkeled with my kids the area right in front of the house. The house itself is fantastic. A beautiful large pool with great views of the Sea of Abaco and a nice covered sitting area. The owners clearly take pride in the home and have updated the kitchen and the master bath is next. The bedrooms are well sized and lots of room in the family room and outside decks for socializing and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was removed from the road so it was quiet and secluded but centrally located between Sea Spray and town. Everything is within a five minute cart ride. Strongly recommend this house you won't be disappointed.

Perfect Getaway

This was our second time at Conched Out because the first stay was not long enough to enjoy everything the house and Islands had to offer. The house is perfect for vacationers of all ages and offers spectacular views and accommodations. Don, Sherman and everyone you come across on the island make sure all your needs and wants are met. This will be a frequent vacation spot for us and our family and friends.

A return trip to Paradise!

This was our 3rd trip to the Abacos Islands, I doubt we will ever go to another resort again! We just returned from a 2 week stay at Conched Out on Elbow Cay, a beautiful home owned by Don Harrower. Don is a great host, providing all the information and contacts for everything you would need, or activity you wanted to do. Hopetown, a quaint little town, is nearby, as well as several restaurants and shops. The setting is absolutely perfect, nested into the shoreline with a private dock where we kept our rental boat. We had 5 couples in total, so everyone had their own rooms, with a great room and kitchen area that looked out over the palm tree covered property to the water. The group spent a lot of time at the pool, and cabana area that is built on the edge of hillside over looking the Abaco Bay. The house is well maintained with every amenity you could ask for. My favorite two things were the outdoor shower and the 3rd floor sitting room with awesome 360 degree views. This was the second time staying at Conched Out, and I am sure we will be back again!

Breathtaking.

If you ever want to experience paradise, you need to stay at conched out on elbow cay. Don and Moria are fantastic owners. The house is fantastic, always being updated. The views are spectacular. It's so great to be able to hang out in the pool and watch the beautiful sunsets. People in elbow cay are so friendly and nice. Sherman and Wilma the caretakers are really accommodating. We were there for 3 weeks and everyone said it was the best place they had ever been. I would recommend this place to everyone. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful property with incredible views and amenities.

Conched Out is my favorite spot in the Abacos. The property is beautiful inside and out, very well maintained, and the owner Don couldn't be nicer. No detail is overlooked. Looking forward to getting back here again.

Perfect Getaway!

Conched Out is the perfect home away from home! Our family has vacationed on Elbow Cay for over 25 years, and we have stayed in many beautiful homes, but Conched Out offered everything we wanted and then some. The grounds are so lush and perfectly maintained. The views are spectacular from inside and outside of the home. The pool is a great size and the covered space is wonderful when you want a break from the sun! The home is very spacious, clean, updated, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The dock is great not only for your boat but for jumping off into the beautiful water! Don is also a joy to work with and made sure we were settled and had everything we needed during our stay. Our family cannot to stay at Conched again!

Great Week June 2017

We just finished our first stay at Conched Out and were very happy with our week there. Don was very responsive and easy to deal with and the house was just as advertised. His caretakers even delivered golf carts to the house at our arrival. We selected the house because it had a number of unique features for the Elbow Cay area. It has a private boat dock where we kept our 31 foot catamaran with plenty of space and no issue with the waves. It has a very large pool for the abacos which is landscaped for complete privacy from the one neighbor next door. It has 5 bedrooms so our group of 5 adults and 5 kids had plenty of space. The pictures are nice but it was really nicer in person. It's centrally located on the south end of Elbow so golf carting or boating to just about everywhere on the island is very easy. Finally, didn't realize the generator was important, but it turned on multiple times the week we were there - and was seemless. We had air conditioning, lighting, hot water, etc. regardless of what anyone else on the island had. Really a great week and rental experience. Thanks Don.
