This 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom, luxury beach house in York Beach, Maine called Sea Rose Haven is less than a 3/10 of a mile walk to Long Sands, York Beach, Maine. The beach house is a short walk to Short Sands beach and village that is home to York Wild Animal Park, along with a variety of shopping and restaurants to enjoy.

The Sea Rose Haven is close to everything. You can walk or have the York Trolley take you where you want to go within town.

The Sea Rose Haven is available for summer and year round vacations for singles, couples, families, children, grandparents, reunions, parties, weddings, and other occasions. This beach house has brand new front and side decks designed in 2017 ready for summertime relaxation. The house inside was totally renovated with high end quality products to include hard wood floors throughout the home, Italian tile in the kitchen, and custom tiled bathrooms. New windows throughout the home to enjoy the beautiful sea air. New master bathroom with a whirlpool tub and rain shower, washer, dryer and double sinks. New beds with protective coverings to ensure quality service to our guests.

Our luxury Sea Rose Haven kitchen is set up for any creative chef and awaits your cuisine of choice. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. A pantry is provided to stock your groceries for your vacation. Any chef would be happy to create a meal in this beautifully designed kitchen that promotes the beautiful blue back-splash and granite counter tops. The kitchen island seats three (3) guests comfortably. The dining room seats ten (10) guests comfortably at the dining and pub tables. There are even 4 stools for extra seating.

The living room provides our guests with a sofa and recliner. The striped sofa pulls out into a sleeper bed for two (2). Television and WiFi is provided.

The first floor has two (2) bedrooms and one (1) full bathroom. The 2nd floor has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms. The master bedroom bathroom has a washer and dryer included.

The master bedroom suite provides a spacious sanctuary for the vacationer to relax whether it is reading a book or enjoying the sun on the balcony deck, a nap in the king bed, a relaxing rain shower, or a long bath in the tub. A nice place to enjoy and relax after a fun day at the beach.

The newly designed front decks is just the place to feel the sun and sea air, and enjoy family and friends, building memories of a lifetime.

The backyard has a picnic table and gas grill to enjoy a cookout. Let the fun begin! Last but not least a Maine beach house would not be a Maine beach house without an outside hot and cold shower to shower off that beach sand after a fun day at the beach. The outside shower has a door for privacy. So many of our guests love this feature.
