Don't miss out on this gem! This is a 1-bdrm unit at the Seascape Villas. Located across the street from the beach. Sit on the brand-new deck and enjoy the view of the pool from our second floor unit. You can also grill on our brand Weber grill. Our unit has 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Brand new living furnitureSleeps 4. Washer/Dryer in Unit. 2 flat screen TV's. Cable. Free WiFi. Central AC. Full kitchen with Keurig, toaster, blender, and microwave. New stainless-steel refrigerator with ice maker, and new stainless-steel dishwasher. Brand new totally remodeled bathroom with LED vanity mirror in bathroom. Brand new living room furniture. Freshly painted living room and bedroom. Hang your belongings on the new shiplap entrance with hooks. This unit is close to the front of the property where there is easy access to the beach path and the bike paths. No pets allowed. Linens provided. Property management company nearby to check-in and call. Outside shared pooled. Walkway to the beach is across the street. Seascape Villas has a private restroom facility on beach for owners and renters. Close to town. 1 hour to Savannah. 2 hours to Charleston. Walk to Coligny Plaza and the new Coligny Beach Park. Nearby Golf, Movies, Grocery Stores and biking paths. Close to Seapines and Harbour Town.

This one bedroom condo is one of the best we have stayed in! The space is a great size with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, both very comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit is essential for a beach stay! The kitchen is modern and well stocked. The deck is awesome complete with a large grill. A super bonus is the storage area that has beach essentials chairs, rolling cart etc! The beach is a five minute walk. Being on the second floor might not be good for people with mobility issues. The property is very quiet and peaceful and close to great dining and shopping. The price could not have been better! I am booking this for next year.

Cozy beach condo.

The condo was very cozy and clean. The beach access was just easy and the beach side bathrooms were very convenient. Highly recommend this property to couples or small families. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Had a wonderful time at this adorable condo. Short walk across the street to the beach. Short walk or bike ride to coligny. Condo had everything we needed.

Played golf and rode bicycles

We had perfect weather. This place worked well for access to the beach and bike rentals about 30 minute walk. Had a great time cycling the beach and bike trails to South Beach Marina Village. We enjoyed live music at the Tiki Hut and Big Bamboo. We dined at Uncle Billy’s and Crazy Crab. We recommend all of these activities and restaurants. Bring your own cooking oil and condiments (not even salt and pepper here). We don’t rent many VRBOs so maybe this is typical or for safety; just alerting others so you aren’t surprised.

Quick getaway

The place seemed to show different in pictures. There was a drawer in the kitchen that wouldn’t open. We had trouble with the digital keypad- leaving us with 1 key for 3 of us. It was nice to have just a short walk to the beach.

I will stay again for sure! There were some things that management should know or pass along to the owner. The door did not lock without the "in case" key. The smell was unbearable from what we assume was bug treatment.??? 3 days until it lightened up a bit,with cracking the slider. One of the kitchen cupboard doors,under the sink, is cracked off and the piece just sitting on the door. We didnt mind,some may. A pacifier was on the floor under the front of bed by the end table. I just didnt want to touch it. The tv was not real clear on knowing what can be watched or not. Really enjoyed our place for a few

Bad Smell as soon as you walk in.

The Oder was like mold , musty and mildew. I think it was around the sliding glass doors. I Believe a clean filter would have helped a little bit. My husband’s Cpap machine actually had the smell from the 3 nights we were there. But on a good note . The bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom and kitchen was very clean as well.

Relaxing visit

Overall we were very pleased with the condo and the location. It was a perfect spot. Beach access was excellent and the size of the condo was just right for our family. Only “complaint” was lack of pillows for the sleeper sofa. Also, future guests should plan to bring things like salt and trash bags as these were not provided. Not a big deal at all, just something to be aware of. We would definitely come back to this unit for future trips.

Has a beautiful back porch scene with lots of palm trees and a pool. Staff was helpful during check in. Overall nice place to stay in Hilton Head

GREAT PLACE

This cozy little condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location was great, just a quick walk to the beach and to Coligney. Had to contact the host with a question and she replied quickly with a response. Will definately stay here again!

Solo visitor for 5 nights

Nicely furnished and comfortable unit. The bed was very nice. Close proximity to the beach with an access and cabana (restrooms) just across the street. The bathroom could have been cleaner as multiple hairs, both short and curly and otherwise were seen in the shower and on the floor. The exterior stairwell hadn't been swept in a long time and parking lot was not upkept like other surrounding properties. Access to the pool was strange, having to walk around the building in the dirt and pinestraw. Pool loungers had also not been cleared of tree debris. As a solo traveler, these things were minor inconveniences. The unit was a 3-4 minute bike ride to Coligny. I enjoyed watching the turtles from the bridge over the pond just next to the building. Good communication with the owner. I didn't care for having to stop in the property office upon check-in. Overall a good value for a budget traveler.
