Walking into the front foyer you see an open and inviting floor plan. You will find a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer. The fabulous living room has a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player as well as High Speed internet access. French doors separate the living area from the master suite which has a King bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, plus a huge spa-like walk in shower, double vanity with custom cabinets and a large balcony.

The huge guest suite features one Queen size bed, plus two twin beds, a private balcony, and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The bath has been completely remodeled and has a beautiful tub/shower combination.

NEW VILLAMARE POOLS NOW OPEN becoming the Island's ONLY oceanfront complex with 3 pools! Villamare features heated (3/15 - 5/1 & 10/15 - 12/1**) Oceanfront Pool, New Oceanfront Adult Only Pool, Hot Tub & Kiddie Pool. Please be advised that from December 2025 through March 15, 2026, a beach renourishment project will be underway on the island. While this project will only impact small sections of the beach at any given time, we want to ensure you're aware of its occurrence. The town anticipates minimal disruption to individual properties during this period. On the bright side, this process can be fascinating to observe and will result in stunningly restored beaches once completed.
