The Vibe
Style: Think NYC loft meets European flat—efficient, compact, and cozy (not a "Ritz Carlton" luxury suite).

Capacity: Strictly for one person or a couple. No children, teens, or pets (due to guest allergies)..If you have children, please take a look at VRBO Listing #58131 my Picasso Moon...

Amenities: One queen bedroom, a compact kitchenette (small stove, fridge, microwave), and all linens provided.

Rooftop Access: While there is no private balcony, the rooftop is steps away for candlelight dinners under the stars with views of the Gulf.

The Location
Primo Spot: Located on a pedestrian street, seconds away from art galleries, boutiques, and Bud & Alley’s.

The Beach: We are not directly on the beach and only have water views from the rooftop, but a short, easy stroll to the iconic Seaside pavilions.

Convenience: Once you arrive, you won’t need a car. Everything is walkable
The Fine Print
Stay: 2-night minimum. Check the updated calendar for availability.

Parking: Designated parking is available for $20 (total stay) during Spring/Summer. It is less than two blocks away.

Pool & Fitness: Optional passes are $30/day for two people.

Security: Exterior Ring cameras are active on the building, stairs, and rooftop

My Picasso Sun is not fancy and is Small and Cozy..but extremely efficient and location is Primo!

Location location location! You’ll be hard pressed to find a better location than this! It is quite small, but you don’t go to Seaside to sit in your room. I think I had a bit of a mild allergic reaction to something in the apartment. Could have just been dust or light mold. I am super sensitive. The shower in the bedroom was quite unexpected, along with the sliding glass doors going into the bedroom/bathroom. There are no locks in the windows, but the sliding glass doors did lock. So if you’re paranoid about safety, like I am, you’re secure in the bedroom at night. I was slightly disappointed the a/c would go below 70*. The fans helped move the air. Overall I would definitely recommend! The host was great!

To clarify for future guests, we did a thorough safety check following your stay and confirmed that the bedroom window indeed is equipped with functioning locks. Regarding the layout, the suite is designed with an efficient, open-concept European flair—much like a boutique Paris apartment—where the shower is tucked privately behind a partition wall within the bedroom area. We’re glad you enjoyed the local Seaside atmosphere, and we hope you had a chance to experience the incredible stargazing from our rooftop deck!

This was our 1st visit to Seaside, and we will be back. This was a perfect spot to be in the middle of all things Seaside yet we never heard a peep once inside the door. Paris-style apartment is a perfect description for this condo but certainly enough room for our shorter getaway. Questions & communication with the owner was very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic location for the price. You’re definitely not staying in this room for views of the ocean, but you’re right in the shopping center so steps outside your door are lots of amenities, restaurants, stores, and it truly is just a two minute walk at most to get your feet in the sand. But get ready for college/1st apartment living! Traveling by myself in my 50s, I couldn’t help but giggle at this type of lifestyle I would live when I was 20–24. But it feels like someone in the same age range cleaned this place as well. A small dresser filled with dust and a portable boom box from probably the 90s, which is loaded with dust. A vinyl floor mat in front of the bed which I’m not sure of it’s purpose, but it has seen its day. It looks like there was some cereal in the dresser drawer so I didn’t put my clothes in there. They have a closet, but it’s only with shelves. Don’t plan on hanging anything! There is no closet bar or hangers. I did bring my own hangers so I could hang things from hooks, but hooks is all you get. Yes it’s beach living but I’m a girl and I have cute dresses that I would like to not have wrinkled. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean that I slept on. The throw pillows on top, get ready to just throw them on the floor. They definitely don’t get washed so I wouldn’t put your face on them.The little living room area & kitchen is cute. The owner is really responsive and helpful, and he leaves you a goodie bag with waters & snacks.

Thanks for taking the time to share your review. I always appreciate hearing from my guests, as each person brings a unique perspective to their stay at my Petite Parisian Charm. I’ve designed this apartment to truly reflect the authentic "Parisian style"—where space is used creatively and efficiently, much like the apartments you would find in the heart of Paris. While it offers a different experience than a large-scale resort like the Watercolor Inn or the Ritz-Carlton, I strive to provide that specialized charm at a MUCH more ACCESSIBLE price point. I would like to clarify a couple of the points mentioned to help future guests as well. Regarding hanging space, there is a metal bracket arm located near the living room windows that includes 10 hangers specifically for dresses or more formal attire. I am sorry that Nicki missed that. As for the checkered "vinyl" floor mat in the bedroom, that piece was specifically chosen for its antique, weathered aesthetic to fit the Parisian theme; I'm sorry it didn't hit the mark for you! Please accept my sincere apologies regarding the dresser. I have already addressed the cleaning oversight with my crew to ensure that doesn't happen again. Additionally, I’m not quite sure what the "boombox" item was, as it isn't a standard part of the unit's decor, but I have instructed my team to locate and remove it immediately. OH, One more thing, I specifically state no water view except from private ROOFTOP and I am a woman Bert is a nicknam

Parisian Apartment

The place was perfectly located to access restaurants and shops but enough off the beaten path not to be crowded. The roof top space was wonderful and well appointed with a view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again! The owner was very responsive and onsite often.

Great place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is cute and cozy- perfect for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. We loved being right in the heart of Seaside- we could walk to all the restaurants and shops in less than 2 minutes. Would love to stay here again!

Jim and Bert live in Seaside...and they live above the Picasso Moon and Sun. Bert is a Realtor with Scenic Sotheby's International in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and has been since 1985, first in Tennessee and since 1998 in Florida. Since they purchased the building, Bert 'inherited' the art/toy/gallery on the first level, and has been running it successfully for 7 years. They love it in Seaside and are happy and excited to share their special place with others.

WE try to keep the rates reasonable enough to balance between paying for our dream and allowing others to enjoy and Seaside is a special place that once you arrive, you will want to come back time and time again.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This darling little loft type apartment is perfect for two....and You walk out the front door to shops and resturants and right now, I am hearing the Chapel chime 11:00 . You hear the bells and the noises of this fabulous community, almost like you are living and enjoying a small European city by the sea.
Please Please Please...if you are looking for a Ritzz Carlton type of accommodations, THIS IS NOT...we are trendy, bohemian and artsy....so don't expect something we are not and then complain.
