This is a third floor two-bed two bath condo in building 4. Free WI-FI. The living room offers a 32 inch TV, electric fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories. There is seating for 4 at the dining table and additional seating at the bar. The master bedroom has a lovely wrought iron king bed and ceiling fan. The guest room has two twin beds and a ceiling fan. From your private balcony you have a mountain view along with an impressive view of Oma's Meadow. The clubhouse is now open with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room for our guests to enjoy. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling stations in nice grassy areas.**No wood burning fire place**

Great stay

Great and convenient location. Easy access to slopes and pool, hot tub, and sauna were also great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay! It was a great getaway to let my 6 year tryout skiing. The property is older but well kept. Having the two twin beds for my kids plus an indoor pool at the clubhouse was perfect. Staff was really friendly and helpful. View off the back porch was beautiful. When planning, please note that the condo now has a Keurig AND a regular coffee pot. The Keurig isn’t in the photos.

Love Sugar Ski - Did not like rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVE Sugar Ski and rent a condo each year. We did not like our unit, 433. Doors did not shut properly. The master bathroom shower drain area was not clean. There were not extra trash bags, dish soap, no toilet paper. I have never had a rental there that did not have the very basics. There were parents bringing their very very young children to the ski lift to sled and play in the snow. AT NIGHT!! This is a BIG NO NO. Maybe management can communicate with renters that this is not allowed. We will rent a condo next year, of course. Just not that one.

Charming Condo with a View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Right at the top of a intermediate slope. Master bathroom has great oversize shower. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds which was perfect for our kids. Look at modem to find wifi password since we couldn't see it printed anywhere. The 2 large burners on the stove didn't work and we could have used a pizza pan and cutter. We would definitely come back to this unit!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time in Sugar Mt. The condo was very clean and the location couldn’t have been better! The only hitch was that we didn’t get notified of how to do a late check-in so we were a bit nervous on the drive up the mountain. To be fair, I probably should have made sure I had the info earlier instead of assuming it would be in the app or in my email. But I called the management’s emergency number and Janice couldn’t have been nicer or more apologetic about me not getting an email. They have a great system for late check-ins and it was no problem at all (my situation was likely an anomaly). We have actually talked about renting again in the winter to ski.

Of course management conveniently forgot to mention that in the 3 conversations I had with them before arriving. Lesson learned. Spend a couple extra bucks and head to Colorado.

The walls are not very well insulated so you are likely to hear your neighbors at different times throughout the day but everyone seemed considerate to respect quiet hours at night and so it was no real disturbance. The staff is available very late and was very helpful and courteous. The unit was right at the top of a ski slope for Sugar Mountain. Unfortunately, it was not late enough in the winter season to have snow on that slope yet but the drive was easy to the main ski lodge and skiing on the open slopes was good.

Beautiful Mountain Views

Building 4 is right across from pool, hot tub and sauna so very convenient. This unit is the middle entrance (of 3) to building 4. Even though the unit is on level 3 you only have to walk up a flight and a half of stairs because the main entrance to the building comes in half a flight above level 1. The unit has a small lock out closet right outside the entrance to the unit to store skis and boots. We could fit 2 sets of skiis and boots and a snowboard and boots but that was pretty full. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, cups and plates. The stove boiled water faster than any stovetop I have ever used. The dining table sat 5 not 4 and the bar has cabinets under it so there is no seating there. The living room and master bedroom both had a nice size flat panel tv and the second bedroom had a small old tv. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. Our biggest issue with this trip (arrived New Years Day) and all of Sugar Ski and Country Club was that there was NO snow at all on Oma's Meadow. So the ski in and out accommodations that we paid for was not ski in and out. This never even entered our mind as a possibility when booking. So very disappointing! Luckily, it was not too bad of a walk between building 2 and 3 across Sugar Slalom (also closed) over to Upper Flying Mile. It was very muddy, though. They also had a shuttle down to the Ski Sugar entrance but we did not use it. Not sure we'd book *in advance* again not knowing whether Oma's Meadow would be open or closed. However, if Oma's Meadow is open it is a great, convenient location.
