Beach House Vacation Rental is 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath (shower only), single level house. Beach, Pier, and Great Attractions are just three blocks away.

Living area has a sofa sleeper and TV with basic cable. Kitchen is equipped with microwave and refrigerator (there is no dishwasher). Bedrooms with queen size beds are cozy and comfortable. Laundry closet includes stacking washer and dryer. Small yard area has a charcoal BBQ for your enjoyment.

Dogs considered on a case by case basis, requiring a picture for approval and subject to additional fees if approved.

Driveway Reserved For Long-Term Tenant, Street Parking Only For Short Term Guests.

Place.is as described. Location on outerside of downtown pismo. Few issues were responded to promptly by management company (sand left on one of the beds)

The property was clean and close to the beach and pier. Recommend for stays like ours where we needed to house family members for a family reunion.

Nice beach home with great amenities

The property was very close to the beach and other pismo attractions. We had no issue finding street parking out front. Plenty of bedding pillows heaters etc to make ourselves comfortable.

Great location

We enjoyed the great location: everything right at our foot steps. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a master bathroom too. The place was clean. The windows easily rolled up when the weather got hot. We would definitely come back here.

After finals

We came to Pismo Beach because it's a short drive from LA after my son finished finals. This unit is perfect due to its location; I took early walks in the morning, it's 1 block from the beach, we walked to all the restaurants and enjoyed hiking the beautiful preserve nearby. This home is clean and comfortable and we will come back to stay again!

A Few blocks from the ocean and pier

The location (close to the beach) but the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Just keep the doors and windows locked. A cozy house and serves its purpose, but a little outdated. No dishwasher. Only a wall heater. Master bed frame squeaky and I’m glad it didn’t break while on our watch. Linens could be upgraded or just bring your own.

Great Beach House in Pismo

The booking, check-in and check-out process was flawless. The management company did a great job with that. The house allows dogs, and two of us are very allergic, but we had no issues at all with our allergies. The place was cleaned well. The house is well-situated in town, so it's a 3 minute walk to town and the beaches - so convenient. It does say this in the listing, but having street-parking only can be difficult on weekends when people are coming to the beach. We did miss not having any outdoor space - a porch/deck to have coffee, but easy to grab lunch/coffee and enjoy it on the beach. The overhead light in the master bedroom wasn't working. The management company had someone out that day to fix it, so resolved the issue quickly. It's a simple house, nothing fancy - we'd stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was extremely disappointed- Friday my husband and son and myself went to dinner. Leaving my teenage daughter at the rental, I dead bolted the front door. When I returned a hour later, the front door was wide open! Someone with a key opened the door. I called and spoke with a lady in your office, who said she would follow up with me... but dot NOT! This scared me so much, I was afraid to leave again. Who and why would someone do this? How safe is it to stay with your company when someone can just open a locked door? Why wouldn’t your company call me back reassuring everything was ok? Do You think this is acceptable?Overall, the place was mostly clean. However there were crumbs on the pullout couch, dirt and debris under the couch were pillows can fall through. So that is gross. The pull out couch mattress is so thin you can feel the springs and bars underneath. Very uncomfortable-I would give higher rating but the fact your office failed to follow through was a big disappointment and raised the safety concerns.

Perfect location!

We walked mostly everywhere. We spent the first day on the beach. We walked to order breakfast each morning. The house has a full kitchen, so we had the option to cook and we stored many snacks for our kiddos. We did have to park on the street but we still found parking even though it was a holiday weekend. Over all we had a wonderful experience staying at this house and will probably book it again in the future!

Few issues are: The oven door doesn't seal properly; The headboard on one of the beds constantly squeaks with the slightest movement. ***Be aware you have to park on the street with this rental unit.***

Car Show getsway

The house is on the older side and could use some updates (windows) but the location is perfect. The neighbor behind this property is very nice. The dryer has a mind of its own but it works. The main bathroom window falls down from the top when the bottom is open. We reported both things to the cleaning couple. Overall we look forward to our stay every year!
