This 5th floor luxury Beach Villa has a wonderful ocean view and features 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms. Soak in the ocean views from the lanai off of the living room area.

The elegant the master bedroom features a spacious king size bed with a walk in closet, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. The master bath has a relaxing soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with quality, comfortable linens, and features a 32 inch TV for anyone to enjoy. Lots of room in this bedroom so one never feels cramped.

The luxurious living room is furnished with quality and comfort in mind. It has a pull out sofa, villa sleeps six comfortably. This is also a great place for the family to gather and have movie night on the 46 inch TV.
The elegant dining room area has a beautiful table that seats 6. The custom kitchen with granite counter tops feature a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The upgraded and fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need for the chef of the family to prepare those delicious meals at home.

This luxury villa will be the perfect start to your unforgettable vacation on the beach in Hawaii!
Amenities: one assigned parking place, i-home docking stations, DVD players, unlimited phone service to US and Canada, complimentary wireless internet.

The Beach Villas are the newest and only beachfront condominiums available on the island in 25 years. Everything here meets and exceeds enhanced first class standards of hospitality. The lagoon pool provides a safe and fun place for the kids to swim all day and features its own sand bottom that the little ones will love! There are three jacuzzi to melt into after a day on the Ted Robinson golf course located across the street. The four man-made lagoons of Ko Olina Resort are connected by a walking path are perfect for that romantic sunrise or sunset stroll. There are outstanding restaurants within walking distance (Roy`s restaurant, Chuck`s Steakhouse, & Paradise Cove luau to name a few) and the Ko Olina Marina offers snorkel/fishing day trips so you have tales to tell when you get home!

This is the second time that we’ve been here and we specifically chose to come back because of how wonderful of a place this is. There seems to be a lot of inconsistency between what the rulebook says, and what’s actually going on, but that’s great that they are a little more flexible Than the rulebook says. we will certainly be back!
I was recovering from surgery and was able to use a device that allowed me to lay flat but enjoy the wonderful facilities and amenities

Nice apartment right next to the beach

Very clean and very good property with easy access to a beach and walking trail. The only downside is it is a longish drive to various places in the island. If you are the resort type then this is a great option.

Beautiful!

Our Villa had a stunning view of the ocean as well as the mountains. The open air living area is what sold us! Grounds are beautifully maintained and personnel is very friendly.

Good place to stay.

Missing one start from 5. The living room couch need steam clean the fabric is very dirty not pleasant to seat and relax. The master bedroom king bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on very outdated and the frame was broken on the middle so it felt like about to become a sandwich if laying on the middle. Other than those small issues; the place is beautiful…..

Location great but house is old

Overall location was great and staff was really helpful. however, we felt the house was a bit out dated. furniture/appliances etc......a/c was broken in the beginning and bed was not that great. Shower has some issues of water being distributed to the shower head. If the house interior had an upgrade, will go back again. If not, will not go....sorry for the harsh review

Great location bad service and bed.

We have stayed at this location before but the check in process was not good. They front desk did not have our reservation. So they had to wait for the property manager to show up and confirm that we were the intended guests. Clean unit but the master bed was terrible. Didn’t have a good nights rest!! For the amount of money spent you should change out the bed.

Great location and facility. This unit needs some maintenance.

This was our second stay in the building. The location and facility are top notch. All appliances were in working order. The unit was clean. Check-in process should have been better: on arrival at HNL the greeter assured us by phone that the unit was ready and early check-in was no problem. Upon arrival at the building, the greeter we spoke with by phone was not present. The greeters who were there said we needed to wait for the unit to be ready. Cleaning staff were still in the unit. We would have stopped for groceries on the way had we known this. They let us in, but only after several phone calls to sort out the miscommunication. This unit does not meet the expectations we have for a "Vacation Rental By Owner": there are no signs of the care an owner would take. There is significant deferred maintenance in need of attention: (a) every wall in the common area of the unit is marked and scuffed. Years past due for fresh paint (b) agree with the other review that the master king bed slopes to the center (c) no streaming capabilities on the main TV (d) non-stick surface on frying pans completely destroyed (e) some furniture has damaged finish or loose joinery. These are all minor annoyances in the grand scheme of things, but you hate to worry you might be blamed for damage from prior guests, and it isn't the standard I expect of a unit managed by a caring owner. Especially given that most of these items could be completely resolved for a few hundred dollars.

Beautiful Accomodation

Once everything is confirmed and paid, the team had a plan and dates for each steps leading up to the day we checked it. We were shown around by a team member from the host, she is absolute great showing us the unit. Now to the best part, the unit is perfect for a family of 4. The view is absolutely spectacular, could not ask for a better view. The location is also amazing. Next door to Disney and among many high end hotels if you choose to explore the local food scene. There are lots of reviews online. The unit has a gorgeous kitchen with all the supplies you need to make a great home meal if you choose to. Costco is 10min away and many other grocery stores for supply run. My favorite was sitting on the patio watching the sunrise and sunset everyday. Simply it just couldn’t any better vacation location.

Great Location! Huge parking spot.

Had a wonderful 6 night stay in this unit. Definitely some signs of wear on the walls and on some of the furniture but very high end materials used in the unit. A shame not all visitors took great care of the unit. Location wise can’t think of a bad thing to say. Not cheap to stay here but if you looking for a place with 5 star resort style amenities plus a beautiful lagoon then this place is tough to beat.

Best vacation ever

We loved staying at the villas, they are perfectly located in Ko’ Olina, within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shopping and golf. The lagoon is beautiful and not as crowded as some of the neighboring lagoons seemed to be. The space was perfect for our family of 4. Just lovely!

Family Vacation to Hawaii

Overall we had a fantastic stay. Location was exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed our visits to Waikiki but staying there would not have been as relaxing. Whole family spent time on lanai relaxing with the ocean views and nice breezes. Loved the lagoon pool and the beach. Also easy to walk to other nearby resorts for food and Ko Olina Marketplace. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a “relaxed” Oahu vacation.

My new favorite location

On my first trip to Ko Olina I stayed at a neighboring property that offered two bed, two bath units. That property was nice but very crowded. While there I saw Ko Olina Villas. In April my family and I stayed for ten days in a two bedroom unit at the Villas. I was not disappointed. Our villa had spectacular 180 degree views. We could see the ocean and lagoon, as smell as the mountains and Ko Olina golf course. The pools are great and the beach is incredible. The facilities were pristine and well maintained. The fitness center was very nice, very clean and well equipped. The staff was first rate, from the young lady at the pool bar, the pool cleaner, to the very friendly desk staff. When we arrived we were met by staff member Lynn who was so friendly and helpful we mmediately felt like ohana. Ko Olina Villas is our new favorite place and we are looking forward to our next trip.

Perfect for families

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas. The location was right on the beach on one of the protected lagoons which made it perfect for small children to more safely play in the water. The condo was spacious, well appointed with upgraded appliances. There was a pack and play in the closet and beach toys/life vests/beach chairs as well. We were met by a greeter on arrival and she was very responsive to questions throughout our stay. The pool was spacious and never overcrowded. Absolutely would stay here again.

Amazing location, view and facilities!

Our stay at Ko’olina was wonderful! The property manager was in touch with us from the first time we booked and answered any questions I had (and with a prompt response time) We thoroughly enjoyed the overall location. We were targeting a resort that didn’t have the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but still allowed us to have proximity to Honolulu.The property feels somewhat secluded and since the residences are private, we didn’t have to deal with a high volume of guests (like the neighboring Aulani and Marriott resorts) The beach lagoon was perfect for our little ones and allowed us to fully enjoy the ocean without the threat of large waves. The room was super clean upon arrival and the perfect size for our family of 5. The Lanai allowed us to fully enjoy the ocean view and consistent ocean breeze. The room also contained all the amenities we needed (appliances, full kitchen, high chair, play pen, beach toys, etc). Although there isn’t a place to dine onsite, there were nice shops and restaurants that were walking distance from the facility. This is a property that I would definitely recommend for both couples and families alike.

Perfect location, perfect view of sunset. Staff always makes you feel comfortable. Almost everything is back to normal as far as being open we had a wonderful trip!!!!
