This attractive Sunriver vacation rental home boasts a fantastic location and many alluring features, making it a wonderful place to call home during your visit. Situated a short trip down a paved pathway to the playground, picnic area, and ball fields at Fort Rock Park, the setting offers convenient access to all of the excitement of the area while providing a quiet retreat with plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. 

A beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, hardwood flooring, a private queen ensuite bedroom, and a bonus family room are just a few highlights your group will discover when staying in 4 Diamond Peak! 

The main living area is on the second story of this 3-bedroom home, along with the kitchen, dining, Ensuite bedroom, and a full bathroom. A Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a TV adorn the ensuite bedroom. Curl up to watch a movie or the big game on the TV in the living room, or send the kids downstairs to the family room to do the same while the rest of the group enjoys a glass of wine out on the large, upper deck. A gas BBQ grill, patio, and lounge seating are available for your use.

Downstairs on the entry level are 2 guest bedrooms and a full bathroom in addition to the family room. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable Queen bed and access to the spacious lower deck, where you will find a private hot tub and additional patio seating! The second bedroom accommodates two with a Twin Bunk bed, while the family room has a TV/DVD player and offers a futon for up to two additional guests. A washing machine and dryer are made available for your convenience.

Ready for game time? Use the cornhole available for guests' use. And, when you are ready to explore Sunriver, be sure to take a bike ride along the miles of paved pathways winding throughout the area on one of the 2 adult bikes provided with the home. 

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 21 Diamond Peak and 23 Diamond Peak homes, and you will have room for the whole family.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
