Our classic Sunriver getaway is the perfect spot to enjoy time away with your family and friends. The living room features a cozy wood fireplace, serene views, a large TV, and plenty of books and games for your entertainment.

The spacious kitchen, equipped with a gas stove top, is ideal for preparing group meals and features bar seating for three, providing additional dining space.

The Ensuite bedroom features a king bed and access to the hot tub through a sliding glass door. There is also a queen bedroom and a pyramid bunk room with a twin trundle, with an adjacent full bathroom.

When you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, head off down the path on foot, or hop on one of the 4 adult bicycles waiting for you in the garage. Head out to Fort Rock Park where you can enjoy a playground, large open field, picnic benches, tennis and basketball courts.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Looking to book a family reunion or group getaway? Book this home along with neighboring homes Malheur 1, Malheur 4 and Malheur 5 to have the whole group close together.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Best VRBO experience!

We arrived to a comfortable, clean and light filled home. The communication was proactive and provided us everything we needed to know for our stay. The kitchen is well supplied and the big open main room was perfect for family dinners, games and watching movies We had a wonderful stay.

Nice House with good view

This house had quite a few cob webs throughout the house that we had to walk through after check in and paying extra for an early check in. It was clear that nobody had stayed here in quite some time and it also had ants in the kitchen. Also would have liked if the front porch and back deck was swept and clean as our two year old slipped and fell several times, it also was hard not to track the debris inside. House had a good view out the back but was not within a reasonable walking distance to the village with a small child.

Great location within Sunriver - perfect for family with pet

Cozy home with hot tub and great fireplace during our snowy stay. Kitchen was well stocked, ample space for our family to spread out and loved the collection of games. Great communication from Bennington - easy check-in/check out process. Fabulous stay!

Fun Family Time

This property is a nice size and had all the amenities we needed. There were four adults in our party. The fireplace was nice to light up each night and there was plenty of firewood to use in the garage. The house was clean and had plenty of starter TP, paper towels, soaps and towels. We used the bbq a couple of nights and it works well. The hot tub is HUGE so we had plenty of space to use it. There is a good supply of books, games, and videos, but we didn't try any of those. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a golf course. The rental management company was excellent to work with. They stayed in communication with us throughout the entire trip. Check-in & check-out was easy peasy. I would recommend this house for a smaller family of adults because that's what we were and it was fine for us. The only problem we had was driving around in Sunriver is confusing...lol!

Perfect Base Camp!

This spacious house had plenty of room for our family, had beautiful views, and was just a delight to be in. Kitchen is fun to work in, and the deck on the back of the house a great spot to relax.

Needs a little TLC

We booked this home for its great layout and the fact that it is dog friendly. Great open kitchen to family room and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately the master bed was so uncomfortable we ended up sleeping in the queen bedroom and the carpeted rooms could definitely use a deep clean.

Great 1 story open concept of family room, kitchen & eating area for family time and keeping an eye on children. Bathrooms are on the small side but great to have half bath & laundry room with many coat hooks for winter time. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots & pans. Easy walk to the River. Property management responds quickly to texts & great to work with.

A beautiful home with a kitchen nicer than mine at home!

This was a beautifully kept, spacious home right on the golf course in Sunriver. It's also a dog-friendly house, which was really important to us. The kitchen was so nice we ended up eating at the house almost every night and the outdoor grill was spotless and we made good use of it! We will definitely come back and stay at this house again!

Nice house with a couple of issues. One of the fans in the second bedroom was broken, it is on a kitchen counter. The hall bath sink must be almost totally plugged taking a half hour to drain. Master bedroom sink drain needs work too.

July 2016 Stay

We stay in a rented house in the area almost every summer. This is one of the nicest places we've been in. The kitchen lacks nothing, the living area is comfy, the floor plan is great and it's so much fun to sit on the deck and watch the golfers play this hole. If it had AC it might be completely perfect, but it isn't hot this week, so we don't care! I almost forgot to mention that there are many serving dishes and bowls and they're all lovely.

Malheur 10 rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was great as we could watch the golfers on the 17th tee. The hot tub didn't work the first 2 days-apparently an ongoing problem with the heating element. The BBQ ignitor button was loose and had to be fixed-luckily we had a back up plan for dinner. The kitchen doesn't have some of the more usual tools such as a spatula to turn eggs and serving bowls. Also, no blender. The bikes were all regular with no gears. Otherwise, the house was very nice.
