Spectacular 4 bedroom condo is located near the amazing wonderland of Lake Tahoe. Within minutes of the major ski areas or 2 miles from Diamond Peak family ski resort. Less than 1 mile from the Lake and the Hyatt Regency Grand Lodge Casino. Major Ski Areas within 20-30 minutes include Northstar, Mt. Rose, Heavenly Valley, Squaw and Alpine Meadows.

Lodge-feel condo is fully furnished and upgraded with rock fireplace and marble counter tops throughout. Deck includes BBQ for entertaining. Includes 1 Cal King and 2 Queen beds in 3 bedrooms with 4th bedroom serving as a great fully functioning suite for the kids with a couch and bunk beds.

Garage is located on lower level of condo allowing avoidance of elements to and from vehicle. Living area includes gas fireplace with flat screen and entertainment center. Also includes 6 bar stools and dining room table allowing for comfortable entertainment and relaxation. Kitchen is fully functional including an array of utensils and equipment for larger gatherings. Great location!

Well equipped condo with ample sleeping and common room for our group. Close to everything but still peaceful. Enjoyed!

Great townhome in Incline

We stayed at this home for about a week and had a wonderful time. The condo is a 3 story home with a kids room off of the garage. A set of stairs leads up to 3 bedrooms. A last set of stairs leads up to the open family room and kitchen. The family room and kitchen are are a great place to gather around the TV or play some board games you brought along. The owners checked in to make sure things were going well which was much appreciated. While the layout of the home is great, be sure you have people staying with you that can handle stairs well (especially in the altitude!). The wifi works very well (gotta work even while on vacation) and the DVD player has built in connections to Amazon Prime or Netflix. The beds were comfortable in all the bedrooms. The kids room off the garage only sleeps 2 kids comfortably on bunks. The futon is too small for kids 7+. The home is a short walk to Starbucks and several small restaurants and an ice cream shop. If you bring more than 2 cars, park any others on Tahoe Blvd just outside the access gate. We'll definitely be looking to rent this place again next time we visit Incline!

Wonderful Triple Decker Layout

My family had a tremendously nice annual visit to the north shore for the Tahoe Shakespeare Festival and found this accommodation to be our favorite over the past decade. The three levels gave us the room to spread out and come together for games, meals, and chats from the balcony. Our stay coincided last year with the onset of fire smoke blowing in from the northwest, which limited our outside time a bit, and gave us a greater appreciation for this layout. We also enjoyed walking for groceries, pizza, ice cream, and a game store which were all within close proximity. The hosts were also very generous in their communications and very responsive to our needs. We can't wait to return.

Great house for family of 8

The whole process from start to finish went smoothly. Whenever we had questions or concerns, we received prompt replies. We had three couples and two kids. So the three bedrooms on the middle floor, with two bathrooms, worked great for the adults. The school aged boys loved the “stash” with bunk beds and a bathroom on the lowest level. The great room/kitchen on top level was roomy and comfortable. We’d stay here again.

Great cozy condo

The condo was very comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great location and quiet depite being rather close to main road. The added benefit of a garage made it even better. Loved our stay, despite the smoke from the fires.

Spacious getaway!

Lots of room for 7 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials (we love to cook!) They have beach chairs and towels for us to use. The owners were awesome. Appreciated that they made themselves available to communicate when we had questions. A nice getaway location close to lots of activities.

Summer Golf Trip

We were a group of 4 that stayed at this condo for a boys golf weekend. The condo is in a great location, very convenient to Starbucks, restaurants, the golf courses and the lake shore.. It was very quiet and had everything you could need. The was my first VRBO rental and Michelle could not have been more pleasant to deal with. I would definitely stay again whenever I am back in Tahoe.

My Brother Place

I just love the condo. I stayed there with my brother the owner and had the run of the room off the garage and it felt like I was in my own hotel room at a fine bed and breakfast. It also had tons of stuff to do out there I ended up running a 5K.

Fabulous Luxury Condo

We are very experienced VRBO renters in Tahoe and this condo exceeded all expectations. The owners were super friendly and accommodating from the start to the end. The condo is furnished with everything you will need including very comfortable beds, a full kitchen, and fantastic great room with vaulted ceilings, large sectional, fireplace, and flat screen TV. We were two families with young kids and couldn't have been happier with the layout, furnishings, and location of the condo. The pride of ownership truly shows through. We will definitely stay here again!

Love the private beaches for summer entertaining which include BBQ's, Snack and Cocktail Bars. Volleyball and all water sports within a cruiser bike ride away from enjoyment. Grand Hyatt Hotel and Casino features unbelievable scenery from the Lone Eagle Restaurant and Bar Dock. Two miles from Diamond Peak, 15 minutes from Northstar Resort, along with the rest of the Tahoe winter wonderland!
