Located in West Ocean City, next to the Route 50 Bridge to the island!

This Townhome is 3000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of seating areas for the whole family/group to sit back and relax!

Nice, comfortable furniture, hardwood floors in living area and tile in kitchen and bathrooms, carpet in bedrooms. The town home includes access to the community pool. 5 Queen beds, 4 Twins, plenty of space for everyone. The Community name is Seaside Village Town homes. Parking for 4 vehicles. Kitchen has dishes, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot, toaster microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher range with oven. Also clothes washer and dryer available. Very comfortable living in a beautiful community in West OC!

Walk around the beautiful community! Its always quiet with plenty of space to walk around. A short walk to the communal pool next to the unit. Lots of docks on the water to enjoy as well. Watch all the boats pull into the docks! Come during 4rth of July and you can see all the Ocean City Fireworks that happen all over the city from this community!

Steps away from the outlets and amazing restaurants. Take a drive down Sunset Ave and Golf Course Rd and check out the large fishing marina with great restaurants right on the water! Entertainment includes miniature golf, go carts, and small children rides, beach bounce, boat and jet ski rentals, small private beach (called stinky beach) very close to house. Right beside route 50 bridge, so a quick drive to the beach. Only a 15 minute ride to the main tourist attraction, Assateague Island National Seashore. Great quiet community close to many attractions. Close to all the locals favorites! Come enjoy!

Dirty and awful mattresses

Most of the reviews for this home state that the house isn't very clean. Unfortunately, it is true. All the mattresses in the home are awful and uncomfortable, with no exceptions. In today's age, you can buy a decent mattress in the box from IKEA or even Amazon for $300. We were a group of eight adults, and everyone complained about having an achy back in the morning. Another issue was the fridge, which leaked water all over. The owner said the fridge needs several hours to adapt to a change in temperature, which we didn't modify at all. It appears they like to turn the thermostat on the fridge lower when the house isn't rented. Regardless of the issue, the refrigerator is old and needs to be replaced. It is unacceptable to rent a home where you must wait 24 hours for the fridge to reach a decent temperature to keep the food and beverages cold. Lastly, the house has three bedrooms and not five. The basement is an open space with two queen-sized beds and a den without a door. It isn't bad, but you won't be able to shield the noise from the people on the floor above. Lastly, the house needs cable or satellite TV. The 50'' TV is 20 feet from the couch. The only upside is the location, which is indeed great.

Perfect for a family

My family and I stayed here and will definitely be coming back! The check in process was easy, the space was clean and the area is SUPER convenient. Definitely recommend it if you have a big family.

Okay but not great

We stayed in this area previously and had a much better unit. This particular unit had ants and we found a cockroach. The accommodations have two queen beds in the master bedroom... not the most convenient arrangement. We might try again and see if we get lucky on the better unit.

Great location

The location is perfect. 5 minute ride from the boardwalk. The house, itself, is nice. Very large and accommodates a large group well. A few problems though. The refrigerator leaked the whole time we were there. Notified the property manager and was told that it needed 24 hours to adjust to additional items in the fridge. The refrigerator is obviously old and needs to be updated. The tub in yhe hallway bathroom upstairs did not drain properly so we avoided showering in that bathroom. The lock on the door malfuctions. At times we had to out the code in 3 or 4 times before it would unlock. Cleaning was not great. We found trash beside the night stand in one of the rooms and cobwebs/spiderwebs all over the house. Finally, the description of the rooms is slightly misleading. The room with the 1 set of bunkbeds is not an actual "bedroom". It is in the basement where the 2 queen beds are. There is a "wall" that seperates the sets of beds but they are basically all together. My family is pretty easy going and not the type of group to complain a lot so we just made due. But for the amount of money, i would say the place should get a lot of upgrades. Would not rent again.

Nice place for a family in West O.C..

The location was good. Pool was nice. Beds were very uncomfortable. Outside railing on steps was loose. No ice maker. Otherwise, kitchen was furnished well.

Nice Home Great Location

This townhouse was perfect for our large group. It is super close to the outlets and only about a five minute drive from the beach and boardwalk. They were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us and we were very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

The place was as advertised. Neighborhood was quiet. It accommodated 10 of us easily. Lots of space to gather and have fun. Close to everywhere we needed to be, including the Board Walk. I would recommend this place for large family or group

Ocean City vacation

We loved the place and the amenities. A few minor things weren’t great. We cooked every meal in, so how come no pot holders? Minor but inconvenient. Also worst frying pans ever!

Great stay, great location.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It’s a huge townhome and accommodated all of us. We loved the two decks and the large kitchen/living/dining areas. Our master bedroom was huge and the bathrooms were clean. Although the furniture throughout the home made it a little cluttered, it was still spacious. I wish we had access to the garage, but it wasn’t totally necessary. We also didn’t have access to the closets in the rooms. The place looked better in person than in the pictures. The location is right over the bridge into the ocean city strip area. The outlet and many stores/restaurants/amusements are nearby. The owner was great with communication.

We really enjoyed our Vacation

Loved being off the Hustle . But still close enough that you didn’t mind . House has plenty of room . Had a ant problem ( basement )but just bought some ant traps . The garage was full of old staging furniture that was smelly that went into basement . Other then that it was great!

Nice house, prime location!

The property is nice, great communication from the property manager. However, the cleaning company could use some looking after as the house was not very clean upon arrival.

3 night stay

Overall the property was good and was what I expected from reviews. However it stated the property had updated furniture which was not the case. One bedroom had no power the entire stay and I recall reading the reviews and some one also mentioning it so I assume they have an electrical issue they will need to sort out. Also there was a pornographic magazine behind the couch which was clearly used by a prior guest which is not something anyone is looking forward to coming across. But overall the house was nice and fit all of our needs.

Beautiful House, Great Location!

The location was right off the bridge that crosses into Ocean City, 1st St. It was close to everything, including grocery stores and outlets and restaurants. The owner was very responsive. The house was very spacious and beautiful. Very clean upon our arrival. Parking was great for us and all of our guests. The visitor parking is right in front of the house so you don't have to walk. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely rent here again.

Great place for a stay

Everything about the property was better than i originally thought. It was extremely nice and spacious. The process of getting in and out was great too. I would definitely use this one again.

Needs Work

The property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood right across from downtown Ocean City. The home was clean upon arrival. We had 2 issues with the property. The electricity in one of the upstairs bedroom kept clicking off on the circuit breaker. We had to keep going to the fuse box. Our major issue was the refrigerator leaked water for our entire 3 day stay. We had to keep putting towels and sheets in front the refrigerator to catch all the water. We had to alternate hanging the wet towels and sheets over the balcony to dry to keep up with the refrigerator leaking. When we checked in we informed the property manager that it was leaking and we were informed that it was because of the refrigerator had to get back up to temperature because it was defrosted. Nevertheless that was not the case. We had to avoid walking by the refrigerator to avoid slipping on the water.

Enjoyed our stay

This was everything it said it was, we were close to the boardwalk and the pool was nice having there since we had little ones that got tired on the beach. House was great for the amount of people we had, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for being so accommodating with us.

Large group of friends, enjoyed staying at this property.

We were a large group of friends, who enjoyed staying at this property. Lot of bedrooms, in split levels to give enough space for guests. Nice location to restaurants and shopping in the area, and not too far from the boardwalk. Great communication with owner.

This location is great because you are in very close proximity to everything OC has to offer. This area is more quiet then in the city. And you are closer to the beautiful Assateague Island National Park, which is yet again, another beach the locals go to!
