UMBRELLA, COOLER, BEACH TOWELS AND TOYS.

BRAND NEW BEACHFRONT SWIMMING POOL, HOT TUB, GRILLS AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE COMPLETED IN 2021.
BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART, ON-SITE FITNESS CENTER OVERLOOKING THE POOL

Great Condo

Great location

This condo was a great location(2nd floor) for our family of 5 because it was right next to the boardwalk. Which leads to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean and appliances worked well. Sandestin is a great community with lots to do for families. We will definitely be back

Perfect Location

This condo is everything you need for a perfect family vacation. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. No need to rent beach chairs- this condo has all the beach accessories you need. Very short walk to beach. Condo is on same floor as beach walkway.

Friend weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this very lovely, well equipped condo right on the beach! We cooked nightly and had every thing we needed to put a great meal on the table. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and laundered in something that smelled fantastic. We had an amazing view of the ocean, and the tropical storm complete with light and sound show!

Loved our visit!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The condo is beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. We traveled with our 2 year old and 7 month old and had plenty of room for 2 pack and plays. It was so nice to have such close and easy access to the pool and private beach, neither of which were ever too crowded. The resort was wonderful for families while also being removed from the very busy areas. Ann and Tom were incredibly helpful and kind before, during and after our stay. 5 stars!

Beautiful property, convenient to amenities

We spent a week at Beach Therapy East. Not only were our interactions with Tom and Ann wonderful, but their home was beautiful and perfect for our first family beach trip. The condo had everything we needed - including space for a pack n play in the rooms. Also, being located on the same floor as beach access was so helpful for toting our little one and all his stuff to the beach each day. Beachside One has wonderful amenities between the private pool and beach and we would definitely recommend this property to others!

Great condo with quality extras

Condo was very nice and well furnished. Includes a lot of extras such as a large cooler, several nice beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, a beach bag with small cooler, books, games, puzzles, and a well-equipped kitchen. These items were all high quality and in great condition. Being on the same floor as the beach entrance with easy pool access was very convenient, although being on a lower floor means you just have a great view of the water but cannot see the beach/sand from the room.

Beach Getaway & Celebration

Had a wonderful family vacation at Beach Therapy East. The location of the condo on the second floor was extremely convenient. You load up your beach items, take a short walk down the hall, turn and exit the automatic doors and you are on your way to the pool or beach. No waiting on an elevator and hoping you can fit in with all your stuff. There are four very nice beach chairs in the closet along with two smaller ones, a beach umbrella, beach towels and many other beach items. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owners have thought of everything! There was plenty of starter dry good supplies so an immediate store run was not necessary. The hot water heater is not full size, but the owners had pointed this out ahead of time and with just a little thoughtful scheduling we had zero issues with the hot water supply. The beach was beautiful - white powder sand and emerald green clear water. It never felt too crowded. It was easy to drop your shoes before you hit the sand and there was plenty of fresh water for cleaning off your feet and beach items. Parking was never a problem.

The property is as beautiful. Very clean. They had everything you’d need for a day at the beach but the location was the best part. You just walk right out and there’s the beach. Perfect for traveling with a little one. Would definitely use this property again.

Wonderful condo!!!

What an amazing week! Beautiful weather and and beautiful condo to recharge. Having rented numerous units along the gulf coast, the exclusivity of and proximity to the beach is unbeatable. You literally feel like you are one of 10 along a large stretch of beach while next door , people are getting there at 0500 AM to get close to the water. Since we have little ones, the second floor was well suited as it gave us a good view of the water and wasn’t too high for peace of mind. Ann and Tom were perfect. I didn’t need much but they were able to answer any question I had. Oh, and the pool is amazing. We have a 9 month old and the bubbler area of the pool was perfect for him. The older kids loved the deep pet of the pool. Would highly recommend this unit and will be staying again!

Perfect Vacation and Perfect Accommodations

The owners thought of everything. They provide a booklet that answers all your questions … from check in and check out to grocery shopping, how to use the TV and air, and things to do. We felt very safe in the double gated community and the security guard was an added bonus. Our private beach and pool was very enjoyable. The other beaches were packed. I can’t imagine having to go out early on vacation to save a spot on the beach. So glad we didn’t have to do that. The condo was perfect. We loved being on the second floor. We could walk right out to the beach. The beds were comfy and the condo very clean. Pictures of the decor were accurate. We will rent again as well as recommend to friends.

This was our second stay at this beautiful Sandestin condo! I am a bit OCD when it comes to cleanliness but found this condo very clean upon arrival. We had no problems and they have thought of everything for a great stay at the beach!

This unit is owned and managed by Ann and Tom Haller. We have twin sons and are now empty nesters living in historic Annapolis,Maryland. We have rented our homes in Annapolis to the families of the United States Naval Academy graduates for their families for Commissioning Week. We are excited to have made Sandestin our second home and look forward to sharing it with others who will come to love Sandestin as much as we do. We also own a second condo right on the same floor. If you are traveling with family or friends and require a second condo, you can now do so. Rent 2 condos and deal with one owner. Our other property is VRBO #296070

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We first visited Sandestin in 1993 when our boys were only four and fell in love with it!! Since our first visit, we have travelled throughout the southeast and the Caribbean but never found a better resort community with as many features and activities. The water and beaches are spectacular, perfect for young children. The fall sunsets are breathtaking. Our children are grown now but there is just as much to do, we have just as much fun, as we did when our children were young. There is something here for every age group. With so many vacations spots, you outgrow them as your family ages, but not here. We are looking forward to sharing this wonderful resort with our grandchildren. Memories that will last a lifetime.

We love that the activities that we like to do are so accessible.

REASONS TO BOOK OUR CONDOS~

The advantage to this unit is the location is the resort right on the BEACH!!!
The biggest reason that you should BOOK this condo,Is that our beach is private and patrolled by security to make sure that only the owners and guests of Beachside One are using the beach and amenities.

You will be required to wear a wristband while on the property.
(Sandestin does however, own the vending rights for chairs and umbrellas)

The second floor location is right on the walkway to the beach and pool so there is no waiting for the elevator. It makes it easy to go in to grab a quick lunch or cold drink without leaving the beach too long. WE SUPPLY at least, 4 BEACH CHAIRS.UMBRELLA,BEACH TOWELS, COOLER, AND SAND TOYS. NO NEED TO PAY FOR EXPENSIVE BEACH SET-UPS EACH DAY. However, if you do prefer to have the beach service take care of the chairs and umbrellas, they are available for rent right at the end of the walkway to the beach. At your expense,of course.
Our condos are located on the second floor, no need to ride the elevator once you move your luggage in the condo. There are 3 staircases that you can use to access the parking lot.
