Bright, cheerful, and newly renovated, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo is nicely equipped and well maintained. After several negative reviews mentioning needed upgrades, the owners undertook a full remodel! The unit has new furniture, updated bathrooms and kitchen, as well as all new flooring. There is a queen size bed in the oceanfront master bedroom, which also has a full private bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are located on the marsh side. There is a queen size bed in the first guest bedroom, and two twins in the second guest bedroom. Both bedrooms share the full hall bathroom. The oceanfront living room and dining room overlook the dunes and the ocean. The spacious balcony offers you and your group wonderful ocean views, and a great place to enjoy the ocean breeze!

Located on the first floor with easy access to the beach, an oceanfront pool, and elevators, this property is convenient for the entire family. Feeling active? Take up a game of tennis at the on-site court. Duneridge has everything you need for the ideal family vacation.

2 Queens, 2 Twins, Sleeper Sofa (linens are not included for the sleeper sofa)

Great stay

Overall great stay. The front lock was broken and the sliding door was very difficult to open and to lock. However, outside of these small issues, the place was very nice and the location and access to the beach was fantastic!

We were disappointed with a few things. The fittings in the master suite bathroom were outdated and “factory grade” which made it very unpleasant. it would have been nice to have a king size bed in the master suite.

Actual Relaxing Vacation

This was a rare vacation where it actually felt like we had time to relax and the week didn't fly by. The property was clean both in the condo and the common areas. Furniture in living room was comfortable. Patio furniture not very comfortable but we weren't out there much. The walk to the beach is long if you are not fit. Pool area was always clean and pool big enough for size of complex. Would definetly stay here again. This unit has view of ocean past the dunes but you can't see the beach over the dunes. It's about 8 units straight down from the pool/beach entry, which is nice! It doesn't have covered parking and the assigned spots for the unit are at the far end of the medum sized lot. They have luggage carts for unloading at the building entrance. There no beach items in the unit. My brother stayed in a unit that had boggie boards and a beach cart to haul stuff in.

Our Duneridge Resort vacation unit 2106

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in units 2103 and 2106. Unit 2106 was spotless and well equipped. Unit 2103 was left not cleaned and full of dirty linens. It also had a broken balcony door which was repaired throughout the week. A water filter was ordered but was never installed before we left. Most of the tvs were not able to be used only the family room one. The light fixtures in the main bathroom(nearest the door not the master bath) needs some attention. Maintenance said it's an electrical problem. It is rather dark in that bathroom. Despite these inconveniences we managed to have a good vacation. Thankfully, the weather cooperated!

Sparkling Clean!

I was a bit nervous traveling away from home during COVID 19, but have to say that the rental was exceptionally clean as well as beautiful! Loved our stay and hope to be back again.

Wifi was terrible in the unit though - it should either be improved or not promoted in the listing. Rental company was not very helpful (initially suggested that we contact the cable provider, then we insisted that they come out since they manage the unit. The technician said it's HOA provided and not good unless condo owner upgrades.) Shower fixtures needed missing parts but still worked. We didn't think the unit offered as much value as the rate we were charged because of these two issues. Otherwise the unit was fine.

Reviewer Comments: This unit did not meet our expectations regarding experience with other DR rentals and with standards we attributed to IC Realty Corp. When we arrived we were told that the unit was not ready because the inspector sent the cleaning crew back for a redo. Then when we entered, we were greeted with an unpleasant odor, soiled carpets and a evidence of poor overall maintenance. We determined the the majority of the odor resulted from a full, unlined trash can left in the kitchen and a clogged sink disposal --- so much for the inspection and re-clean. I contacted the property manager who came to see the unit and he said that the cleaners would come back the next day. They did not. Do not stay at this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good overall. Here are a few specific suggestions, mostly kitchen related. 1) Replace broken blender and remove blender with missing top. 2) Sharpen or replace knives; they are extremely dull. 3) Clear out some plates/glasses to allow cabinet space for food. 4) No need for multiple appliances of same sort (e.g. coffee makers); eliminate redundant appliances to free up space. 5) A couple more chairs for the deck would be helpful. 6) WIFI a bit spotty.
