This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, oceanfront condo is located at the highly desirable Duneridge Resort. This spacious property is designed with elegant simplicity in mind. The large oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed and a remodeled private full bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are located on the marsh side. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the second guest bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall that these two bedroom share. The living room has plenty of seating for the family, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite countertops, bar seating, and stainless steel appliances.

The balcony has unforgettable views of the dunes and the ocean. Relax and watch the waves crash onto the beach! With a large pool, tennis court, elevator, and secure entrances, Duneridge makes it easy to enjoy the good life.

Wonderful Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo - enjoyed our stay. Furnishings were great and the décor was nice. The dishwasher did not work properly and we had to wash the dishes by hand. The iron was already taped up and left white residue on a black pair of pants, and the place really needs to come with a hair dryer.

This one falls somewhere in the middle. It’s been updated but has a few issues to resolve. The unit needs: new blinds, a new coffee maker, and cooking essentials, new king mattress, and new patio furniture.

Excellent Location, Less than desirable mangagement

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Duneridge for years, but unfortunately, this will likely be our last year. The location, beach access, views and pool are tough to beat. However, we had quite a few maintenance issues. The A/C was broken, for what seemed quite awhile, and required two visits from HVAC and the dishwasher was broken requiring a technician. We know that things break- no big deal, but we were VERY disappointed in how the management company (Intracoastal) spoke and helped us handled these issues. They were very rude and condescending. In general, 2306 was a great unit for our family, but Intracoastal was not very friendly and did not make customer service a priority.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 29th year staying at Duneridge using Intracoastal Realty. We have stayed in a variety of condos over the years since some of the owners have sold or taken their condo off the rental market. We love the ocean front balconies, the short walk down to the beach, and having a pool on site. 2306 is a nice condo with potential. There are, however, several issues that the owners need to address: one of the twin trundle beds has a broken frame that makes it dangerous to use; the queen bed frame is also not very sturdy and squeaks and shakes easily; the coffee table is laying on its side with a leg broken off; the showers are nice but the doors do not slide well and the master shower has mold on the ceiling; the stuffing is coming out of the outdoor furniture; the MBR TV sounds like an ultrasound machine; the dryer lint is getting very heavy and needs a good cleaning (fire hazard), the balcony screen door was on the ground and needs to be repaired. I understand it is hard to keep a rental in pristine condition, especially at the beach, but I do believe that if the owner takes pride in his/her condo then so will the renters. We did enjoy the nice kitchen (though there are no baking dishes), and the fact that the floors weren't carpeted everywhere. The MBR bed was comfortable. We also like the fact that the condo was not over furnished like some we have experienced in the past. Too much clutter makes it hard to bring in your own suitcases, etc. We are currently signed up to rent this condo for next year, but will wait to make a final decision until we see if any of these items are taken care of by that time. I will say that when we reported these items to Intracoastal, Maintenance came out to repair what they are allowed to repair. (Most items are up to the owner to take care of.) If these items are addressed, it will be a very desirable condo.

Three Months Rental at Duneridge

We would stay here again but was not impressed with the cleaning. Had to call maintenance due to a sticky lock. My partner could not open the door. Maintenance did grease the front lock. Also. it was difficult to lock the sliding door to the deck. .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to advise you about the unacceptable condition of the Duneridge condo #2306 rented for July 3-10, 2021. The condition of the unit was deplorable. We found all ceiling lights in the living room were inoperable. The over-stove lights were inoperable. The closet door in the twin-bed bedroom was laying on the floor. The comforter and pillow for a twin-bed was strewn across the other twin-bed exposing a filthy soiled mattress. A staff member put on a new mattress cover to resolve the issue of the filthy and unhygienic mattress. The mattress should be replaced. He removed the burned-out bulb in the kitchen stove and had no access to replacement bulbs. He notified the office that replacement bulbs were needed since he would be off for several days. Between burned-out bulbs and the 40-watt bulbs in lamps throughout the unit, it is a dimly lit condo. The smoke alarm began chirping and had to be jiggled to stop the noise. The shower door in the guest bathroom was not clean. There is a hole on the inside of the guest bathroom door. A few issues were mentioned in a review posted online in May. We called the rental office who referred us to a maintenance office. A voicemail was never returned and repairs were never made. The condition of the unit was rundown. We would not rent this unit again and don’t recommend anyone else rent the unit. As of the departure date no issues were resolved nor did any staff contact the occupants. There was no staff on duty in the rental office on Saturday at 10am to discuss the issues. Considering the amount of money we paid for the unit, we expected a better maintained unit and a more attentive response.

Reservation process was easy, smooth and answered all questions immediately. Gave us pertinent info. Check in was and check was smooth and organized. Lighting was poor. Never could get thermostat to work properly. Outdated furniture and was not comfortable. Minor maintenance issues that owner should be aware of - master bathroom hand towel railing, hole in 2nd bathroom door, kitchen faucet part kept falling off. We assumed all parking would be covered, our was not.

A Three That Could Be A Five

Although we benefitted from the bath and kitchen updates, our home for three days is in need of its Owner’s attention. The beach proximity makes our five person want to give it a higher rating than it really deserves. However, the word “elegant” in the property description didn’t describe this property. From peeling paint to unhinged closet doors to stained furniture to dust clogged bathroom vents to split patio furniture cushions to dust covered HVAC closet (with a missing filter) to tables thick with furniture polish to contrary sliding and screen doors to walls in need of a fresh coat of paint, to dirty floors and mildewed showers, there were many reasons to be disappointed. We did document the shortcomings for the property manager via email and photos and received a call the next day. However, we weren’t willing to have the repairs, updates and cleaning that should have been done prior to our arrival completed during our stay, even if it had been offered. It’s a shame that the owner is unwilling to make this unit the star it could be with just a little TLC. But for us, it was a disappointment. We won’t be going back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is just north of the downtown beach area. The condominium buildings are in good condition. We have stayed at these condos twice and this time, we’ were without an elevator for two days which made it difficult for our parents that are 80. This condo is very worn. Here are some items to think about: walls need touch up, sparsely equipped kitchen ( no large skillet) small baking dish, outdoor furniture is ripped, gave dishwasher soap but no paper towel, no blankets, very flat pillows, very used cookie sheet, coffee maker broke, the double bed in the back room was squeaking and off it’s frame and the twin in the second bedroom did not have a frame. With pricing going up, you anticipate a certain quality of furnishing and this is not standard but below average.

The unit we stayed in is adequate, better for a summer stay than a winter stay (you spend more time inside during the winter). Furniture is dated and not very comfortable, beds were just okay. Kitchen was not well lighted. Bathrooms had drain issues that rental company was able to address, showers were great. All in all a good stay, but it is time for this condo to be updated.

Relaxing and wonderful

Beach was one of a kind, and to a point we will probably come back every year to Wrightsville beach.. Condo was well appointed, the baths were great, and clean. The view and sounds of the ocean Made it even better. Close to everything needed. Everything was fantastic, except. The reason this received a 4star instead of five was the beds, and outdoor furniture. The beds for $400 a night before fees left a lot to be desired. These are 1 million dollar condos (Current listings)and the beds could have been out of a $100 hotel. Maybe we are just spoiled, due to our beds. Also, not a big deal, but the balcony furniture was not very nice, cushions had filling spewing out, they seemed old and dated. The sank very far when sat in even by my 50lb 6 year old. We got used to it, but at this price you definitely want some good outdoor furniture and nicer beds. Wrightsville beach was amazing, Duneridge was amazing, this unit had a great view. If they updated those two things this would be 6 stars out of five! We will definitely recommend This unit And even come back to it. Intracoastal was amazing to work with and will use them every time we stay here. They found us a place when reservations were off (Saturday), due to another company bait and switching us. Looking forward to getting back to Wrightsville was a true gem in the crowded field of beach towns. We loved it!

Perfect late September get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have stayed in several different condos at Dunedridge over the last 20 years. Unit 2306 ranks as the best we’ve stayed in. The bathrooms have been updated compared to the other ones we’ve stayed in. The king size bed was firm and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. All this, plus good weather and food, made for a great late September get away.

Quite Nice

Reviewer Comments: Quiet place (however, we were there at a quiet time of year), well laid out (we couldn't hear snoring from the other rooms), clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The washer/dryer came in very handy. The beds were comfortable enough (there's no place like home). The pool was awesome - large, clean and plenty of chairs (again, though, we were there at a quiet time of year). The only drawback was no bathtub which made it a little difficult bathing the children. Overall, though, it was a nice unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. Property with pool and easy beach access. It's our 3rd time in this unit and we really love it. Two issues: They have an ant problem. We were really good about not leaving food out on the counter but they swarmed. Need to address that. The other inconvenience was that the dishwasher is really not functional. The dishes were no where near clean at the end of the cycle. They need to upgrade/replace. Lastly, no broom provided. I would have happily swept the sandy floors but there was no broom in the unit.
