This beautiful & quiet Dollar Point home has plenty of room for the whole family including the dog! This home is only a short distance from some of the favorite local beaches and has easy access to Tahoe City where you will find amazing lakefront restaurants, bars, and great local shopping.

Recently updated (after photography took place) with all new linens, TVs, and living room furniture, the photos just don't do this cabin justice! On the lower level the kids bunk room can sleep from 4-6 little ones and they'll appreciate the family room down the hall with comfy wrap around sofa and TV.

Upstairs the dining area seats 6, but a card table for 4 easily converts the dining area for a large family dinner for 10 (plus another 4 at the counter).
Your family and friends will also love the out door space, plenty of deck area and a GORGEOUS landscaped back yard for kids to enjoy!

2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Dollar Point amenities (including swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts) are not available to renters.
4. There is an open LOFT on the Third Floor, over the main living area.
5. The stairs in this home are very steep. Please use caution.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.

Great Space for Family & Friends

This is a great space for family and friends, especially if you have kids. Each room is perfect for a family/couple, the loft is great for kids to have a sleep over and the backyard is spacious.

Wonderful home in Dollar Point neighborhood! We loved the location and the house was very spacious with two living rooms, large dining area and large loft area. It had all the essentials for a great stay. Our pup enjoyed the large fenced in yard. Hot tub was excellent and loved grilling and eating on the deck. Kitchen supplies were hit or miss (e.g. not many cooking sheets, grill utensils or regular drinking cups) so just bring up what you need. Plenty of bedding, towels and bathroom supplies. Stairs were steep but didn’t bother us. A few other misc issues but all handled with great communication with Tahoe Getaways.

Birthday getaway

This is a comfortable house with many sleeping options. The location is ideal. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when we arrived and it couldn’t be fixed for the duration of our stay. There was also a musty smell, which dissipated once we opened windows to air out the place. Other than that, we were all quite comfortable.

The house is nice and plenty of space for lots of people, very family-friendly. The kitchen leaves much to be desired when cooking for a large group. There's no foil, spices, cooking oil, big baking sheets or large pans, no ziploc bags. We had to purchase dishwasher detergent, paper towels... I could go on, but I won't. Like I said, the home is nice, the backyard was great for kids, but the kitchen situation left us frustrated on multiple occasions.

Great Family trip

We had a great time here. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean. Wonderful hot tub. Close to nice trail and shuttle stop. Close to town as well. Our family had an amazing time here. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot in Tahoe. The house is well-appointed and everyone was really comfortable. Wonderful gathering space for our whole family. We would definitely rent this home again. Thanks for the memorable stay.

Excellent Tahoe Weekend

Everything about this place was excellent. Our one "compliant" was that it lacked a kettle for tea. So much space for a large group and excellent layout. Service at Tahoe Getaways was excellent! I would highly recommend booking directly

Our stay at the above location was one of the best stays we have had. Everyone I spoke to was always very polite and extremely nice! The house was very clean and we felt extremely comfortable. We can not wait to go back again.

Love this house!

I've rented this house multiple times in both winter for skiing and summer for relaxing. The house is always clean, super comfortable for a large group and the aesthetic is that perfect mountain vibe. The location is great, I appreciate being near a grocery store and the mountain. The host/management company are always responsive and communicative should we need anything. I'd rent it out all summer if they'd let me.

We had a wonderful vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and we were very happy. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pull out in the bed with the two bunk beds was way too small for anyone to sleep on. All of our girls were at least 16. Some of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work but that was so minimal. Overall we were very pleased!

Great location, but needed some maintenance

We had a great time at this house overall, but ran into several small issues with broken appliances. I reported them all and the property manager responded well, so hopefully the issues (broken toaster, broken coffee grinder, missing pot in the coffee machine) were transient and will be resolved soon. The dishwasher also didn’t really clean the dishes so we ended up just using it as a drying rack, which worked fine for us. None of this was a huge deal, but the house was pricey so it didn’t feel worth the amount we paid. I will say the location was fantastic. Walking distance to several great hiking places, Tahoe XC, and a short drive to Palisades and Safeway. The fire place and hot tub were also very nice, driveway fit 4 cars(!) and our group overall had a great time.

Girls trip

The house that we stayed at was very dirty. The furniture was so dirty. The couch was stained torn carpet had stains. Beds were very uncomfortable. They were spiderwebs, spiders dust outside. We couldn’t even get in the hot tub. It was so filthy dirty outside. We Couldn’t sit on the chairs outside I had to clean them and put a towel on in order for us to sit out there. There wasn’t even a broom to sweep the kitchen or outside. There is no wine cork. We had to buy one. The frying pans are all scratched very bad thank God I brought my own frying pan, I go every year to Tahoe and meet up with my ladies friends for the last 10 years in Lake Tahoe, this is the first house that was so bad as much as money as we pay for the house. It should be more comfortable. The furniture should look clean. The bed should be comfortable. These people that have these houses should update some of the stuff in the house because you pay a lot of money for it to look like that it’s ridiculous. The pictures are very deceiving. The house is very small big and large, but it wasn’t. I don’t like to complain, but this is the first time that I have to complain. It was just so bad. I wish they would gave us a cleaning deposit back because we had to clean it in order for us to feel comfortable . So sorry I had to live this bad review. I did call for someone to come out and clean off the dust off the hot tub which they did but overall it was just a dirty house won’t go there again so sorry

Great place, spacious and clean

Booking and check-in process was easy. One of the garage doors was not functional, but we were able to fit 3 cars in the driveway (+ 1 more garage spot). The place was cleaned well, including all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is great, can cook any kind of meal easily there. Living room was great, could use a bigger TV in the future but not a big deal. We were able to watch uninterrupted cable whenever needed. The hot tub can use a cleaning soon, but I’m guessing that’s already planned. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Great stay!

Overall this home was absolutely perfect as far as space and amenities. The back yard is a true treat. Our only issue was overall cleanliness - I had a massive dust allergic reaction and the carpet is probably due for a deep clean or replacing. With all of that the management, process, and stay was fantastic!

Of course it wasn't originally booked but the owners at Club 151 allowed us to come. It is a little dark and out dated when you first come in and the carpet is so badly stained. I know carpet is warmer but wood or tile floors with throw rugs would be cleaner looking. Stairs especially. Other than that we had a great time lots of room and garage was nice. Staff at Tahoe Getaway was great in getting us this home to stay at.

Our week in Tahoe

We had a wonderful stay in our house at Dollar Point! The house was lovely, and quite comfortable for the 6 adults and 2 toddlers in our family. We loved the convenient location... mere steps to the country club, and a short drive to a lovely private beach. And, Tahoe Getaways was just fabulous every step of the way. This was my first time staying on this side of the lake, and renting a home rather than staying at a hotel. I did the planning, and I was just hoping that everything would turn out as well as it sounded. I was not disappointed! The whole family kept thanking me for a job well done, and I owe it all to you! Hopefully, we'll do this again, and we would definitely contact your company. I will recommend you to our friends in the Bay Area! Thanks again for everything!

Just ok

The house was accommodating in size but needs many updates. The carpet was filthy and should have been replaced 10 years ago. The floors in dining and kitchen were very dirty. Need a good cleaning. The lighting was just awful!!!! Most lights did NOT work or were very under illuminated. Really very overpriced for what we got. I've rented many homes in outer banks NC for similar price that were very clean and modern. Overall we were very under impressed with this home vs the cost. Additionally the water heater kicked off after every use of the washing machine. Luckily we could reboot the water heater!!! Found that on our own!! Your response time and answer re heated water was not acceptable. We had fun and adapted but very underwhelmed with this home and service. Also outside decks were cob web filled and dirty. So you get a 2. And that's generous.

Family vacation.

This was perfect for our family. Lots of room , plenty of beds. The stairs are steep as mentioned in the description on the VRBO web site. Also the house is dark and a bit dated. However great location. Close to Tahoe City. The pool and tennis courts are an easy walk and the beach club an easy drive. The grand children had a great time.

Weekend Getaway

The house is big and well maintained, the on-site amenities are exceptional, and still feels like you are at home. The management company is easily reached and returns calls no matter what the question. Good location to get to and from other activities.

Great Dollar Point Rental

This was a really nice, spacious and well equipped rental that comfortably fit our three families. It's close to the lake and to a lovely cross country trail system, while also pretty close to the ski resorts, so everyone got to do the winter sports they wanted. The hot tub worked well and there's a good size back yard the kids enjoyed. The only downside was that the rental company doesn't let you into the property even five minutes early - something we haven't encountered elsewhere - and when there was a power outage in the neighborhood one evening we couldn't find any flashlights or lanterns. They said power outages are common that time of year so you'd kind of expect some sort of preparation so guests don't have to rely just on their cell phones to find their way around a dark house.
