Spacious living room in tones of turquoise, beige with a spacious comfortable sectional sofa, armchairs, a love seat to cuddle in, and a brand new 4K Smart Roku TV, with Hargray fiber high quality channels,cushions and flowers. A game table can also be used for breakfast and lunch. We also have a selection of books and DVDs.
A large dining room which seats 6 with great views of the deck, trees, landscape and golf.
The kitchen is brand new, open space, with handcrafted cabinets, in tones of turquoise and beige, new floors, new appliances, and stylish lighting
Adjacent to the kitchen, with full view of landscape and golf, you can use the private den with a Queen size sleeper sofa for addtional bedding. An additional new window opens on to the lagoon You will also find a Lowcountry charming old-fashioned, hand painted desk and the room is decorated with Lowcountry and Hilton Head Island art . In all the villa, you will find paintings from local artists.

Upstairs three bedrooms, in tones of beige, and blue.
The spacious master bedroom has a Carolina King bed, flatscreen TV/DVD combo and a private, completely renovated bath area , with blue and beige decor and a beautiful huge frame of the beach by local artist, overlooking the bed.
The second bedroom, in beige and bronze/gold tones, shows a new Art deco custom- made cream and dark bronze designer Queen bed with embroidered matching Victorian-like full bedding, a flatscreen TV/DVD combo and Chinese prints on the walls for a luxury atmosphere, and opens on a private balcony with a skylight view of the deck and golf for bird watching.
It shares a full bath with adjacent third bedroom decorated in light blue, with twin beds, designer quilts, and two Carolina paintings of beach and marshes by local artists+ TV

The villa has all the amenities, a brand new laundry room and of course free High Speed Internet connection, beach chairs for guests.
Come and enjoy your vacations in our home away from home (Paris), we love it and hope you will find it as relaxing, peaceful, and delightful as we do! My daughter graduated from Yale and is currently a third year Med school student at Emory, and the villa is also our home and hub while she is in college so you will find lots of details and personal touch to it, making it a real home
Our guests can play 2 hours free daily at beautiful Palmetto Dunes Tennis Club only 2 minutes away from the villa
I care a lot for the villa, and it is maintained personally - I am here 4 times a year- and professionally by my wonderful property manager. Things can always happen, especially during the summer, which has a high turn over, in this case PLEASE call front desk at Palmetto Dunes (all information is in the villa) and they will send someone within in a few hours and the problem will be solved! So simple.. Thank you! We have beautiful nature and a few visitors, racoons, bugs, so the villas cannot remain clean if you do not help, and do not get close to the Fazio lagoon as it hosts an alligator that we call Joe
