This townhome overlooks the private community salt-water pool in the quiet, relaxing Scarborough Village community. Inside is a fully functioning kitchen with all the necessary appliances, plenty of seating, three TV's and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 twin trundle bed, 1 crib and 1 sleeper sofa. A full-sized washer and dryer are located within the unit on the second floor. The back patio is great for grilling and relaxing. Or enjoy the deck off the second-floor primary bedroom which overlooks the pool. The unit includes cable, internet, a DVD player and two private covered parking spaces (curbside parking also available).
Please Note: A one-week minimum is required when renting between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Off season rentals have a 2-night minimum. Security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned within 15 days of the date of checkout as long as there is no damage. Guests should bring their own sheets, towels and paper goods.
