As you step into the cozy living room, you'll immediately feel the cabin-like charm, complete with a fireplace to unwind after a day of skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Relax with your favorite drink and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV with cable.


The open-concept design invites family interaction, whether you're playing a game at the dining table or the chef is preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. If you prefer, enjoy Sunriver’s sunny days on the deck while grilling dinner on the BBQ.


This single-story home features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with twin beds, and 1 bedroom with bunk beds.


Take advantage of the 9 bikes provided with your rental and explore Sunriver’s 30+ miles of scenic paved bike paths.


Beyond Sunriver, you’ll find stunning lakes and waterfalls, including Benham and Paulina Falls, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Sunriver and the surrounding areas offer year-round opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and family fun.


Please note, Tumalo 10 does not include SHARC passes, but the homeowner will reimburse 50% of SHARC admission fees. Contact our office for details on daily SHARC reimbursement limits.

Enjoyable Place to Stay

Clean property with many bikes, and an efficient 4 bedroom layout (two bedrooms on each side of the living space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware you could need. I would stay here again.

Mountain like setting; good for a group

Clean and functional. Well equipped kitchen. sleeping areas on either side of the community area. Family friendly large neighborhoods but suspect many are not owner occupied or an HOA is controlling any variety; everything looks the same with asphalt, pine trees, and round abouts. Got lost several times... take your gps...

Everything was smooth and easy for checking in and out, the house had everything we needed. Bikes for adults and youth but bring your own youth helmets.

Comfy Family vacation home

We stayed for the week of Christmas. Comfortable space, well stocked kitchen for cooking big meals, and quiet location near the river. Nice to have contactless access to the house.

Unable to rate. Booking was Cancelled - relocated

I booked this property last fall and in January received a call from the rental company that the owner uses that the property would not be available. Sunset Lodging moved myself and family to another home. I was disappointed as we had relatives staying 3 houses away on the same street as this house.

The back porch was amazing, being able to watch the stars at night. The fireplace was most welcome, given the coolish evenings. Stove worked well, and it was heaven having the Keurig for our morning coffee!!

It's a great value if you don't need extras like bikes and SHARQ passes. It's a little bit dated but that doesn't bother me and I would definitely stay there again.

This unit does not have air conditioning. Beds were old and worn. One bathroom was dirty. Bedroom floor was dusty with cobwebs.

Next time we will make sure we bring bike helmets for the kiddos as there was only one helmet. The house was clean and comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathrooms were not clean, there were gonna of dirt in the corners. Four beds were saggy and uncomfortable. The unit was not air conditioned and we had to search for fans. It was unpleasantly hot!
