My place is close to the beach. You’ll love my place because of the light, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

This top floor(3rd Floor) two bedroom apartment is openplan, modern and light. The lounge area has patio doors to a small balcony overlooking the beach and square and has a dining area. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which share the use of a bathroom with large walk in shower. Just steps from the apartment takes you to Carvoeiro beach and the square which has live music throughout the summer months. All shops, restaurants and bars are on your doorstep.



Carvoeiro is a great area with beaches, excellent restaurants and very friendly people!



There are many options! There is a hop on hop off bus that goes along the coast to the various beaches in the area. There are taxis, buses etc.

Everything super clean. Everything is within walking distance. Good restaurants nearby. The bedroom is not for parties, so please be very quiet.

Second stay and the same level of enjoyment. Clean, well-equipped and spacious accommodation that matches the description. But the main selling point is the great view from the balcony. Carvoeiro is a small seaside resort that's perfect for exploring the Algarve and relaxing in the evening in its many bars and restaurants. Lovely beach at the foot of the building Quite a touristy place, but one that has managed to retain all its authenticity. We'll be happy to go back...

Fantastic location and view - right in the heart of Carvoeiro. Well equipped apartment land comfy beds. Great shower. Lots of restaurants and shops and a great beach. Parking is not possible outside the accommodation so be prepared to search for spaces on the roads - but didn’t take too long. Live music / DJ most nights but usually ended by 11pm. Well recommended.

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic week in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone that want to stay at the beating heart of Carvoeiro. We loved sitting on the balcony at night time and watching the concerts down in the square below. You can walk to the beach in about 30 seconds and dozens of bars and restaurants are all around the local area.

This place has been perfect for our stay with our two teenage daughters. The view from the balcony is outstanding throughout the day! Carvoeira feels safe and welcoming & our girls enjoyed being able to go alone to the beach and local shops, restaurants & ice-cream bars each day & evening. There was music every evening on the public outdoor stage downstairs and a lovely family atmosphere. A wonderful time!!

Our second visit to Vista Mar. It’s a stunning comfortable well equipped apartment. The views are really amazing and sat on the balcony you can take in all the atmosphere of the centre of Carvoeiro in your own privacy. Elite, as always, were great to deal with Turn the sofa around to enjoy the views :-)

Nice location, great views from the balcony. The apartment needs a deep cleaning. The light switches were dirty, the area around the shower drain was soiled when we arrived. Bed and bath linens were threadbare. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture. We would not book it again.

Great location fantastic views

Modern and great views of bay and square. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. Better heating for winter. Could be more welcoming eg leave heating on if arrival in winter at night. Plus the stairs are a killer if your retired. Carrying suitcases shopping etc hmmm - difficult plus parking a nightmare even in winter.

Superb location. Stunning views. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything that you could need. The apartment is on the third floor so there are three flights of stairs to walk up when you come back from the beach which can be tough. Having said that to enjoy the views you have to pay the price.

We loved the place, the perfect location, very good cleanliness. The only downside is that the welcome book is not up to date for the TV and safe functionality. Comfortable bed, great view. A noisy weekend at night.
