Our guests have access to an exclusive scenic trail through the golf course to Salt Creek Beach where the Ritz Carlton is located. You can access the Ritz from the beach, by walking up the stairs to their patio for a drink or casual dining and take in the sweeping view of the ocean and beach. Salt Creek Beach is one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Southern California and is a premier surfing, body surfing, surf fishing, and diving beach. We provide beach towels, beach blankets, beach chairs, a beach cart and beach umbrella to make your experience extraordinary. It is also family oriented with a large grassy park for playing games, barbequing, picnicing, and whale watching too!

This condo is located just a mile from the city of the world famous Laguna Beach. During the summer months a free open-air trolley runs up and down the Pacific Coast Highway to and from Dana Point and Laguna Beach. You can pick it up at the St. Regis or the Ritz Carlton and get on or off at your choice of many stops. This allows you to explore the many wonderful restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries in a fun and relaxing way. Laguna also hosts the annual Festival of the Arts and Pageant of the Masters every summer. Dana Point Harbor and Marina, adjacent to Doheny Beach State Park, houses deep sea fishing charters and whale watching cruises. Surfboards, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, jet skis and bicycles are available to rent from multiple vendors.

With only two steps up from the curb this one level condo is easily accessible. The beach décor and furnishings are designer quality with a resort feel. Your guest information packet includes the condo particulars and community amenities. You are just steps away from the swimming pool/hot tub and exercise room. Around the corner you will have access to one of two other hot tub areas with a sweeping view of the ocean and sunsets. There are beach chairs, towels and a cart for your convenience.

"Casa de Awesome", an inviting, spacious 1200 sf. condo has been completely remodeled and upgraded. There are vaulted ceilings throughout and no one above you. The living room and dining room floors are covered with new luxery vinyl. The master bathroom has a walk-in newly tiled shower, and the second bathroom has a newly tiled shower and bathtub. The kitchen features new quartz counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, with new dinner and flatware. Both the master and second bedroom are spacious, with large walk-in closets and feature designer bedding and décor. You will sleep like a baby on the new Simmons Sleep Comfort king-size mattresses and the 500 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding. You will enjoy the unique reclaimed headboards which are actual gates from old homes in Laguna. The living room has a large flat screen TV with HD cable above the gas fireplace. We are centrally located between Los Angeles and San Diego by the coast.
